Property is one of the highest properties on the west side of the town of Ouray. 6 day minimum stays in summer (Sat/Sun-Sat/Open). 2 Bedroom (1 King/ 1 Full) / 1 Bathroom separate downstairs apartment. Quiet private deck overlooking downtown Ouray & the Amphitheater. Close to downtown/restaurants (about a 10 minute walk) and the hot springs pool (15 minute walk). My place is good for couples & families. There are 2 tvs & Dish hoppers.

Located in our southwest building, our Standard Queen offers a little more privacy and easier access to the nearby hiking trails. Still just a short walk to the hot springs, these rooms are fitted with a comfortable queen bed, while some rooms also offer balcony access with mountain views. A $250 security deposit is collected at check-in.
