After meet and greet at the Centre Island, we will go over the tour safety rules. Your guide will do some of the paddling technique demonstration on land and guests are free to ask any questions. Before getting into the canoe, we would put on our life jackets. Your guide will be assisting with getting in the canoe. As we canoe around the islands, your guide will be telling about the islands and its history, as well as the history of the unique historical Voyageur Canoe replica that we are using on our tours. Our first destination is the Bird Sanctuary. The next point of interest is the Toronto Harbour and the stunning views of the city skyline. It's time to get out your cameras and take those million dollar pictures and selfies. As we proceed paddling through the islands lagoons and around some small islands, we can indulge into watching the gorgeous sunset skies. Our program ends after the sunset, as we arrive back to the Centre Island. Your guide will assist you to disembark from the canoe. After getting off the canoe, it will be time to say good bye. We hope to see you again. No previous experience is required. There is a guide in the canoe with you at all times. There are public washrooms and restaurants in the park. You will need to take the ferry to the islands. This canoe experience is an ideal team building and corporate event activity.

After picking you up at your downtown core Toronto Airbnb, or other convenient location, we will start your adventure to Niagara Falls. Along the way we will stop at several picturesque waterfalls, an iconic Canadian cafe chain and an award winning winery. During short walks along tee lined paths at these smaller falls, you’ll learn about the geology of the area followed by a stop at a coffee shop chain that has become part of the Canadian identity. Then, we’ll hop in the car and continue to Niagara's wine region, where we will stop for a tasting (including ICE wine) at one of Niagara Regions most award winning wineries. After a delicious sit down lunch, we’ll go to the world-famous Niagara Falls where you will bathe in the mist from the Falls as we walk along the rim of the Niagara Gorge. We will have more than enough time for guests to take the optional, self led, Niagara Boat Cruise. Following our visit to the upper edge of the mighty Horseshoe Falls we will return direct to Toronto. If you do not see a preferred date on the calendar please request a date that is suitable. My unique back ground of being a chemical engineer and a chef will give you a unique perspective of the art of gelato. We have flavours that are seasonal and creative. Using real sterling silver, tiny saws, hammers, and fire, you'll create your very own ring. I'll teach you how to measure, cut, solder, bend, file, and polish your custom creation. You can also texturize or letter stamp it to make it truly one of a kind. You'll leave wearing your new ring with a sense of great accomplishment and the perfect souvenir. Other things to note: This experience runs between 2.5-3.5 hours long depending on your design choices and work ethic. Average class time is 3 hours. Safety is important in the studio! Please wear closed-toed shoes and avoid wearing long or flowing clothing. Bring eyeglasses if you need them.

Take a breathtaking helicopter flight over Niagara Falls. This wonder of the world is a magnificent curtain of falling water that straddles the border between Canada and the USA. During the flight, you will fly over the Niagara River, spend a few minutes over the falls on both the US and Canada sides, and see a waterfall like no other. The actual flight time is 9-10 minutes long (about 12-15 minutes including boarding and de-boarding time). However, we book these in 1-hour slots. After the flight, you will receive a certificate of flight. You can choose any time on the day of your booking, subject to availability and good weather. Once you book a slot, we will reach out to you to confirm the exact time that works for you (even if it is not the time listed here). Once your time is confirmed, please arrive on time as the flight will take off at the exact time of your booking, subject to weather. All helicopter flights are subject to weather conditions. If the weather does not permit flying, we will reschedule you at no additional cost or offer you a full refund. Please, give room before and after your confirmed time slot to allow for any weather changes. Each flight takes 5-6 people. If you would like to be by yourself, you can book private. A small apartment in the heart of leslieville, one is welcome to come by with their dining partner/ partners (max 6 people) and as I walk you down a gastronomic tour of my culinary experieces from learning how to make a simple bisque from my father in a miniscule kitchen in Calcutta, therein working at michelin starred kitchen, Le Gavroche, London at a tender age etc. The evening dishes are mostly driven through the dogma of being aware of seasonality and produce and above all technical skills. Every menu is created the morning of the dining experience. Moreover for the curious of hearts, I would be cooking and baking dishes such as Beef wellington and dover sole bonne femme six feet away from your seats, giving you a true peek into the world of fine dining in top kitchens. All this is in an evening's worth of time spent leisurely drinking and eating delcious meal in great company and hopefully the best story to tell in the forseeable future. This botanical marvel will leave you spellbound with its intricate design and natural beauty. Next, we'll venture into the heart of the Niagara wine region, where we'll explore a renowned winery. Here, you can indulge in winemaking, savour exquisite wines, and learn about the region's viticulture heritage. The lush vineyards and flavorful wines will offer a delightful sensory experience. Continuing our journey, we'll go to the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Known for its quaint architecture and rich historical charm, this picturesque town offers a perfect setting for a stroll. Immerse yourself in its old-world ambiance and explore the Niagara Houses. After an exciting trip, we'll return to Toronto.

With guided, professional instruction, you'll have a fun and creative time making an item out of clay on a pottery wheel. I will show you how to work with the clay, get it ready for the wheel, center it, and eventually start shaping. Usually students can make either a small bowl, plate, mug or vase on their first try. You will get up to 30 minutes of time on the wheel which is plenty to create one item, and then you can add accents to your piece i.e. handle and you'll get to handbuild for the remainder of the time (add accents to your piece). You can take the pottery home with you the same day you make them, or—if you'd like—I can fire your work, glaze it, and ship it to you for a small fee. I also offer other experiences: canvas painting, glass fusing, hand building with clay, mosaics, glow in the dark painting, pottery painting, silkscreening. ***Drop me a note if you'd like alternate time for your appointment.****

Step by Step tour guides are welcoming and friendly and we are so excited to share our city with you. Toronto’s Greatest Hits Walking Tour starts in the very heart of downtown Toronto, Yonge and Dundas Square and ends at St Lawrence Market (which was once named the best food market in the world by National Geographic)! The tour will start downtown and will take us through the Yonge-Bay Corridor, Financial district, and focus heavily on the Old Town and the Market District. NOTE: It does not end in the same place it begins. There's a ten minute bathroom/snack break halfway through. Guests should be able to comfortably walk 4km (2.5 miles). Our small groups (10-12 people) make for an intimate and inviting experience. We will take you through the streets and will stop outside the most iconic spots such as: The Eaton Center, Old City Hall, Nathan Phillips Square, Osgoode Hall, TD Square, Brookfield Place, The Gooderham Flatiron Building, St. James Cathedral, The Oldest Post Office and St. Lawrence Market. The majority of the tour is completely outdoors with the exception of the Oldest Post Office so please dress weather-appropriate. The tour will focus heavily on the history of the buildings we visit including accounts about some of the architects, founders, or influential people who somehow shaped what you see!

This is unique, unguided and fun experience for all ages. Get up close and personal with all our small animals that free range in the barn yard, such as goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, dogs and cats. You may bring apple slices, carrots, lettuce or fruits to feed to the animals, we will let you know who can eat what. You will spend your time wandering around enjoying each animal at your own speed. Our larger animals are located behind fences but you may pet, feed and enjoy them when they come to greet you. That includes horses, mini ponies and both a mini cow and standard sized cow. We also have Holland Lop bunnies and usually some baby chicks that we can hold. Farmer Christie will be happy to answer any questions you may have about each animal, their upkeep, their personalities or any other information you’re interested in. We also have several fun activities set up for the children in the barn yard, a perfect way to enjoy the outdoors and get their hands dirty. We have sand toys, riding cars, trough fishing, seed planting and the most popular is painting! Adults have been enjoying this too. We allow our guests to use their creative juices and tempra paint to paint whatever their heart desires - from the tractor, the fences, the barn, we are adding colour every where! We will meet at a dance studio in Yonge - Eglinton neighborhood in Toronto. This experience is for individuals, kids, or couples/dance partners, and we will relearn the art of Salsa or Bachata (your choice. or both!) in leading and following. NOTE: If you don't see a booking date/time available, please just direct message me, and I will try to accommodate! I love dancing Salsa/Bachata because of the passionate music and sensuality. We'll practice the basic steps with a fusion into casual social dance with a partner. You will learn about timing, rhythm, turn patterns, body waves, hand holds, and sensing your partner. We'll have fun and you'll learn to dance with confidence. This lesson is for EVERYONE - from beginners with little or no dance experience to experienced salsa/bachata dancers. The class will last 1 hour. The goal is to give the male leader new leading skills and to teach the female follower to be present in the moment. It's a relatively foreign dance style, but it’s entertaining for sure! Btw, Salsa/Bachata is a fantastic way to connect with your partner on a romantic date night!!! Other things to note: Please wear comfy clothes such as jeans, slacks, yoga wear, or a dress. Comfy, casual shoes that can slide or socks are fine to wear on your feet. Socks usually work best.
