Upon arrival , check in at the yoga tent and get your all access stamp. Our session begins with 30 minutes of gentle yoga, designed to be appropriate for all fitness levels. While we move through our yoga poses, the goats will explore and play on and around us, often cuddling up to guests and sometimes even falling asleep. Take a breathtaking helicopter flight over Niagara Falls. This wonder of the world is a magnificent curtain of falling water that straddles the border between Canada and the USA. During the flight, you will fly over the Niagara River, spend a few minutes over the falls on both the US and Canada sides, and see a waterfall like no other. The actual flight time is 9-10 minutes long (about 12-15 minutes including boarding and de-boarding time). However, we book these in 1-hour slots. After the flight, you will receive a certificate of flight. You can choose any time on the day of your booking, subject to availability and good weather. Once you book a slot, we will reach out to you to confirm the exact time that works for you (even if it is not the time listed here). Once your time is confirmed, please arrive on time as the flight will take off at the exact time of your booking, subject to weather. All helicopter flights are subject to weather conditions. If the weather does not permit flying, we will reschedule you at no additional cost or offer you a full refund. Please join us this Harvest Festival of Thanksgiving while our garden is aplenty. To recreate my grandparent's holiday feast using traditional methods and the farm-to-table approach. We also geared it to take two hours instead of several days. Starting with ingredients you gather from the garden and pantry, we work our way towards the kitchen. A little over an hour in the kitchen, and we'll be enjoying pierogi: potato dumplings, alongside stuffed garden veggies, latkes, appetizers and more during our harvest dining experience. Throughout the experience, we also detail variations in techniques filled with tales of our family food and migrations. Our Soviet Experience, our Canadian Experience and a few relevant historical artifacts follow in tandem. All the preparatory work is done for you when you arrive. You choose the seasonings and fresh herbs, tasting each dish through its glorious trajectory. We've had people of all ages and abilities join us. Some are clueless in the kitchen, others corporate chefs, jungle camp cooks and more. The keepers of the flame, cherishing local traditions like ours, which we relish in sharing. There are revolutions, war, monarchies, Georgian hijinks and Victorian tourist schemes to be fought over. Another rebellion (revolt or three) and the soft glow of hydro-electric soon follows. No shortage of new tourist ideas either. All this and more as we walk in the footsteps of First Nations, soldiers, schemers and innocents found at this battlefield.
