Accommodation provided in delightful character house in Morland near Penrith. The Eden Valley is a charming unspolit part of Cumbria but only 20 minutes from Ullswater. Private annexe, with separate entrance, small kitchen, sitting room with TV. Downstairs toilet.
Private outside patio with table and chairs. Facilities to cook simple meals. Tea, coffee and milk provided.
It is important to note the bedroom is en-suite but with access through the main house.

Dairy Cottage is a beautiful holiday cottage located in the peaceful village of Newby, just 7 miles south of Penrith between the Lake District and the North Pennines. The cottage was once a former Westmorland farmhouse and dairy, dating back to the beginning of the 16th Century and it retains many original features. Ideally positioned to explore the Lake District. Recently renovated to a high standard and has been 4 star graded.

Cosy studio flat located in the Eden Valley close to Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Northern Pennies National Parks. Ideal for C2C cycling. Close to Penrith, Appleby and Shap fells. Hosted by enthusiastic outdoors couple who can offer valuable advice on the area. We have 2 border terriors so unfortunately cannot accommodate other pets. Off road parking is also available.
