Centrally located in the heart of East Texas, the cottage sits atop a hill, on acreage, surrounded by 80 foot majestic pine trees. The studio apartment is a spacious 572 square foot space with one king bed, sofa, two large club chairs and a desk. The studio also includes a private bath and kitchenette.
