Unser Bergbauernhof liegt sonnig und ruhig gelegen, ca. 3 km oberhalb von St. Martin in Passeier auf ca. 950 m Meereshöhe. In fünf Gehminuten befindet sich der beliebte Meraner Höhenweg und der Teufelsteinweg. Es werden auch hofeigene Produkte angeboten.Auf dem Hof befinden sich verschiedene Tiere. The modern and stylish apartment "Bergblick" is located in St. Martin in Passeier, on the 1st floor of a manor house. The beautiful apartment with mountain view consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchenette, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, toys and children's books, a vacuum cleaner, underfloor heating and a towel dryer. A high chair is available upon request without charge. The outdoor area boasts a balcony, a 25 m² private terrace with seating and loungers as well as a garden with a slide, a swing and a sandpit. In the "Hofschenke Pfeiftal", which is located on the ground floor of the building and is family-owned, you can enjoy delicious homemade products. A bicycle rental and a bus stop are about 2 km away. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are located in St. Martin in Passeier (2,4 km). The accommodation is also an ideal starting point for hikes of all levels of difficulty. Parking spaces are available on the property. The bringing of a dog is allowed (upon request, 10€ per day). If you have more than one dog, please contact the owner of the house in advance. Cats are not allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. A vacuum cleaner is available. A washing machine can be used for a fee of 5€. An iron can be rented upon request for a small fee. A breakfast with own products can be booked optionally for 15€ extra per person. The visitor's tax is 1.25€ per person per night from 14 years.
