Villa by the sea
This beautiful,200 sq.m seafront villa is located in an ideal Greek village preferred for vacation by the sea.
Nerantza is a quiet area on the beach of the Corinthian bay that can provide everything a visitor may need. There are snack bars, tavernas, a supermarket, a pharmacy, bakery and a butcher's.
The village is 135 km from the national airport of Athens which will take about 1 hour and 25 minutes. You can get there by train (about 14 euros per person) to Kiato which is nearby and then, hire a taxi ( for about 15 euros) to our house.
If you wish,transport can be arranged by taxi for 4 persons from the Athens national airport ( 1:25') for 115euros (230 for two taxis) all expeses included. The same can be arranged for your departure. The cost will be paid to the taxi driver.
The house is well constructed, recently renovated and fully equipped.
There are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single ones and another with two single and one sofa bed. This bedroom also has a TV and a fireplace. The first two have a great view of the sea. All bedrooms have air conditioners. A cot for a baby can be provided.
The living room is cosy and has a sea view . You can relax there, listen to music or watch TV. You can use the water cooler instead of going to the fridge for water. The bar is another place you can enjoy your afternoon indulging in a cup of coffee or a glass of wine gazing at the sea. A desk and Wi Fi are available if you need to work.
In the kitchen you will find all you may need to prepare your meals. There is a toaster, a coffee machine, a cooker, a microwave oven and a refrigerator with a freezer.
You will find ingredients to make lunch on your first day as well as a basket of fruits and a bottle of wine to welcome you!
Next to the kitchen there is a beautiful dining room with a fireplace which I believe you will not use as there are sets of table and chairs in each of the two patios. Alternatively use the BBQ for an outdoor experience. You are now in a country house, so, enjoy the open air, our great climate and the garden with the lemon trees!
If you prefer to stay indoors, there is air conditioning and central heating for our winter guests.
Linen and towels are included in the rental fee.
There is a parking lot for two cars .
On the beach, in front of the house there are umbrellas and sundbeds .Next there is a place where you can have a snack ,coffee or lunch .
Our beach fulfills the criteria and has a blue flag which guarantees that it' s clean, organized and safe for swimming.
If you'd like a tour in the Peloponnese you will find a variety of historical monuments and natural landscapes: Xylocastro or the casino in Loutraki for a night life and Epidaurous, the ancient theatre or Acrocorinth if culture is what you seek. The Vouraikos gorge, the Diros caves, the Feneos lake and rafting in Lousios river address to lovers of nature. Bourtzi castle in Nafplio is worth seeing and in Loutraki you can do watersports or visit the waterfun park in Isthmia.
Please keep in mind that our presence isn' t frequent as we live in Athens.
Most importantly you'll be able to relax and enjoy the sea and the sun with your family and friends. Your children can play on the beach all day long carefree. Enjoy!!!
