Spacious double bedroom close to Newmarket
Double room downstairs with a king bed in the private house. The owner lives on the property. It is a 5 minutes drive to the town center of Newmarket, a 2-minute walk to the local pubs, and the bus stop is beside the local pub. There are also off-road car park spaces. The house is in a highly desirable quiet area, non-smoker, and a friendly German Shepherd boy dog. One bathroom upstairs guest uses only, one shared downstairs toilet, use of other amenities. Please advise approximate arrival time.

Upstairs at Number eight are three rooms and bathroom for one to five people These rooms can be booked individually by a group, or one at a time, so you may be sharing the bathroom with other guests from another room. Guests have a private entrance and pets are welcome. This humble abode is simple comfort in a lovely village a quick hop to Newmarket races with pubs and shop. My aim is to be the affordable accomodation I always want to find on my travels. I have many returning guests.

The Annex - Moulton Hall
The annex has a large bedroom, light and airy. There is an ensuite bathroom with bath and integrated shower. There are soft chairs for relaxing, a TV for entertainment with complimentary wi-fi throughout. There is a small entrance way, dining area and kitchen area.
The annex has glorious views over the mature gardens of Moulton Hall.
Moulton Stores (the village shop) is a 4 minute walk through the village, The Packhorse Inn (award winning Inn) is a 5 minute walk away.
