Walk to restaurants, bars, shops, parks, bike trail, Lake Nagawicka and Riverwalk trail. Close to Lapham Peak park. Shared hallway with the restaurant in the same building. It closes at 9pm.

Beautiful property on a Nagawicka lake peninsula. Located in a safe neighborhood at the end of a quiet road. Come enjoy lake living, use our paddle-boards, kayaks, and canoe. After a long day, relax around the fire. Unit is located in the walk-out lower level of our full-time home and has it's own entrance. The windows, entrance, and outdoor space face the channel side of the property.small boat slip when available
