This lovely Lodge can accommodate up to 6 people, in 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped Kitchen and Dining area, Family Bathroom with separate Shower, spacious Lounge, complete with Tartan carpet and Hand-made Mantel above the Open Fireplace, made from elm wood from the Estate itself. Also on the ground floor is the Master bedroom. A tartan carpet leads to the first floor which comprises of a further Double Bedroom, a twin Bedded room, and there is also an upstairs

Forglen Estate -Smiddy Cottage
Our largest cottage set in its own extensive grounds with a pond (unfenced). This lovely cottage can accommodate up to 8 people, in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is the Kitchen, spacious Lounge with open fireplace and dining area. Also on the ground floor there is one king sized bedroom and one twin bed room, and a shower room with WC . A carpeted staircase leads you to the first floor, which comprises of a Double Bedroom, a twin Bedroom and Family Bathroom.

Ivy Cottage, Mountblairy
Ivy Cottage is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Mountblairy Estate. The cottage is a peaceful retreat for anyone who would like a relaxing break in the countryside. The River Deveron runs through the Estate and there are some wonderful walks that can be enjoyed along the river or through the extensive woodland.
The Cottage is also now only powered by renewable electricity.
Fishing can be booked separately on River Deveron.
