Our much loved 3 storey terraced house is very close to the centre of Modbury, a minute walk to the town's shops, cafes and pubs. The property includes two double bedrooms and a single, 2 shower rooms, an attractive front facing lounge on the middle floor with wood burner. Down stairs is a well equipped kitchen with open plan dining area and a door leading to a raised, south facing court yard with seating. The house offers 1 off street parking space. Please be aware towels are not provided.
