Adventurous Saigon History_Sightseeing w/ Locals By Scooter
Hop on the back of our motorbikes like the locals. Following me, you’ll see how the city changes across its districts from the well-to-do area to the local vibes area, from outdoor markets and tiny alleyways. In this experience, you have excellent knowledge of history and taste the local drinks and food, and it is great for chatting about Vietnamese culture with us.
1. I provide a deep dive into the history of some of Saigon’s most famous locations with historical photos through the whole story behind such as Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, Independent Palace, and The Burning Monk Memorial
2. Next locations, discover some local points that are off the beaten path. Catching your breath by drinking a cup of Vietnamese coffee. This coffee place is known as Spy House of VC with Weapon Bunkers, with a secret experience to go down the tunnel to the third floor
3. Visiting flower and outdoor markets, you will learn some Vietnamese words for fun to practice bargaining prices with vendors and sample some fruits (morning slot) and local drinks - a shot of local rice wine or sugar cane juice. For the food menu, you will choose broken rice with BBQ pork or noodle soup
4. In Chinatown, you will be blessed with one of the oldest and most fascinating TEMPLES and zipping around through the buzzing Silk Street and Lanterns Street of this colorful, incredible Chinatown.

- Multiple coffee drinks and the stories behind them, includes history, (a few) hands-on making, tasting and comparison between traditional style vs. modern style.
- Tips and recipes for brewing / adjusting these yummies for your own taste.
- Informative but concise, all about Vietnamese coffee, no commercial or specialty biased view.
- I don't do classes or teaching stuff, but you'll understand how brewing methods / instruments bring out each style's characteristic scientifically; not just people do this and get that.

Biggest Authentic Floating Market Tour
-Discovery Cai Rang floating market, we will see trading of local merchants at the largest floating market in Vietnam. Goods exchanged include fruit and vegetables of the region such as pineapple, watermelon, sweet potato, and mango. Along with this trade of fresh produce, there are also floating restaurants and cafés, offering delicious noodle soup and strong Vietnamese coffee: the perfect combination to start the day.
- We will then cruise into the jungle and small, yet complex canal system, which provides a serene home to diverse flora and fauna. Allow yourself time to relax and meditate on this part of the trip, which offers a tranquil contrast to the hustle of the market. This landscape is typical of the Mekong Delta, allowing a glimpse into river life.
-We will visit Cocoa farm to know how to cultivate and produce handmade chocolate. Also, we will drink and enjoy organic chocolate on this farm.
-Besides, we will visit a noodle village in order to see how to make local noodle in the traditional way, and we will learn how to make noodle by hand.

Private trips [from Can Tho] to the Floating Market
1. In this trip, we offer PICK-UP service. Depending on your location in Can Tho, we will notify you if a pick-up cost may apply.
2. This 3-hour trip is NOT provided English speaking guide. Whenever you need a local guide, let me know.
3. If you are in HCMC-Saigon, you can take the FUTA BUS (Phuong Trang) at 2-3am and arrive here around 5-6am.

** JOURNEY HIGHLIGHTS:
We will pick you up to the boat, start the journey to the CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET - the most bustling Floating Market in the Southern West, Vietnam.
Tasting yummy Shouthern noodles dishes which may look different from what you are accustomed to. Make sure you arrive with an empty stomach to sample as many of the local delicacies as possible.
Keeping on, you'll enter a long-established NOODLES-MAKING WORKSHOP, get a chance to see how traditional Southern rice paper and noodles are made.
The last one but the special one, cruising along MEKONG CANALS before you come back to the Ninh Kieu Harbour - the end point of the trip.

Floating Market Tour - Amazing Can Tho
- At 5:30 AM we will pick you up at THE HOTEL for the journey. It takes approximately 30 minutes to get to the floating market from the city center piers. The boat will cruise along Can Tho River – a small branch of the Hau. On the way, you can witness the differences between two sides of the same river. Sometimes big boats loaded with goods or sand pass by slowly, other times tiny little fishing boats lazily float in wait.
- At 6:00 AM, Cai Rang floating market welcomes you with some of the Mekong bars hooking onto your boat to sell café, fresh coconut…The bustling sound from the boat engine and people haggling lets you know the market is in its full active mode.
- You will join the local’s daily life activities by having breakfast on the boat. The meal options vary from rice noodles soup to Vietnamese stuffed bread – Banh mi. The feeling of eating on the water is totally worth a try.
- Relax on the boat getting through a green canal and we'll stop at a local family business to see how to make rice noodles in a traditional way, step by step. Have fun when you try making noodles with your own style!
- Keep going to the unique cacao farm in Can Tho. You can learn how to make chocolate step by step, from fresh fruit to yummy dark chocolate. Sit back, relax and enjoy a chocolate drink, dark chocolate made by Mr. Ca Cao – the owner of the farm.
Explore Cu Chi Tunnels Half Day Trip Am/Pm Small Group

**Pick up at your hotel and drive to Cu Chi (60km – 1,5 hours). Upon arrival, watch a documentary film about the Vietnam War.
**Discover special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms, storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside Cu Chi tunnels meet their basic needs.
**Discover many hidden left behind trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels and learn more about the handmade weapon and traps used during the Vietnam War.
