Enjoy your stay in this quaint and cozy bungalow. Guests will have the entire house completely to themselves, with easy, off street front door parking, in one of the areas nicest neighborhoods. Located just over 1 mile from Mt. Union University.

Welcome to the EC Lair Mansion! Located on 4 private acres, our 1 bedroom private loft is a perfect landing spot for a traveling nurse, medical student on rotation, or other long term guest. We are a 15 minute drive to Aultman, Mercy, and Alliance Hospitals, and only 30-40 minutes to Dover, New Philadelphia, and Akron. You’ll have access to high speed internet, a private bathroom, HDTV (with Netflix), a fully stocked kitchen, and separate entrance from the garage. We look forward to meeting you!

Before Covid-19 we were already highly rated for cleanliness. New steps we are taking include: extra time to sanitize high touch areas such as switches, knobs, remotes, etc, and disinfecting wipes will be available for each guest if they choose to re-wipes surfaces. Although nothing is guaranteed, we are doing our best to keep give you a safe, comfort home.
