Quiet condo located on the West end. Unit has both lagoon view and partial ocean view from balcony! Property has a boardwalk with deeded beach access to the gulf, just a short walk to the water. Unit is located on the first floor (up two flights of stairs). Master bedroom has a king bed and en suite master bath. Brand new queen sofa sleeper in living room. Kitchen is stocked for all your basic cooking needs, including keurig and regular coffee pot.
