You will get a wetsuit and a surfboard, and we will get suited up for the activity. From beginners to advanced, one day or intensive surf courses. I will help you all the way, showing and explaining everything you need to know. Learn surf techniques, beach analysis, safety procedures, and enjoy a clean energy activity, immersed in the ocean. We will start with the warm up, and then go straight to theory on the sand, but it won't be long until you hit the water. I will not give a speech on the sand, just short and quick tips If you are experienced in surfing, please let me know what type of board do you prefer, and what is your level, or else I will consider you a beginner. We will surf around 2h, depending on the conditions and your stamina. I remind you that this is a physical activity, and you must follow safety procedures Afterwards we will drive back to the city, and finish where we started so you can have a well deserved rest. 100% Surf Experience Near Lisbon you can find one of the best beaches to surf in Portugal. We have waves all year, for all levels of surfers, at Costa da Caparica beach, with amazing views of Lisbon and the Torre do Bugio lighthouse. You will have a two-hour surf lesson with a certified surf instructor, with all equipment and insurance included. You will learn how to stand up on the surfboard and ride a wave. I will pick you up at Lisbon city center and guide you where the good waves are! Immerse on the portuguese surf culture and learn how to surf! The surf lesson is in small groups of max 8 people. The activity takes 2 hours at the beach, starting with dressing wetsuits, a short briefing about equipment/safety and warm up. Enjoy 1,5h of pure surfing! Depending on waves and weather conditions we will Surf around Lisbon, Cascais or Costa da Caparica beach. (30/45 min driving each way) First time surfing? - No worries, I will guide you to a safe Surf spot, teach you how to Surf and stay on your side all the time ;) Have surfed before and want to improve your skills? - Great! I will surf with you, help you to catch more waves and improve your surf technique :) I teach Surfing from begginer to advanced levels I want to share this love with you! :) After 2h of pure surfing and fun I will get you back to Lisbon, so you can charge batterys for your new adentures :) I do everyday morning session and afernoon session! We can do a full day surfing Other things to note: This activity includes ensurance. The surf school is 2 min walking from Carcavelos beach, equipped with bathroom, shower, lockers and areas to relax. Once you arrive I will give a brief explanation about the surfing activity and afterwards we will choose the proper equipment according to your surfing level. The duration of the lessons depends on your physical condition, but usually lasts around 2 hours. The surf school has a validated licence and insurance that covers all the experience. Other things to note I’m here to support you with anything you need. The surf school is nearby Carcavelos train station and we can pick you up whenever is needed. In case you don´t have towel, sunblock, etc. don´t worry we can provide it for you.

This is a private surf class (individual or private group). We will start with a pick up at Cascais or Carcavelos train station, or meet directly at the beach (Guincho, Carcavelos or Caparica beach). After choosing the right equipment for you, and teach you how to stand up on a board it’s time for a quick warm up and go surf! No rush, this is a PRIVATE SURF CLASS, so you will have your own time to learn and get better, wave by wave! The surf lesson will have around 1 hour of practice where you will learn how to surf with all our professional help! My goal is for this to be a super fun experience and the highlight of your entire Portugal trip! After the surf experience, we will drop you back at the train station closer to the beach. All surf equipment is included, and the surf Lessons are suitable for all levels and skills: From beginners to experienced. Everyone from your group will be welcomed and will have great fun with us! Pendant un peu plus de deux heures, vous serez libre de vous exprimer sur le papier et créer votre oeuvre d'art unique. Durant tout le procédé, je resterai à vos côtés pour vous guider si vous en ressentez le besoin. Une fois terminé, votre dessin sera scanné et transféré sur un carreau de faïence de 10cm sur 10cm ainsi vous repartirez avec votre vrai azulejos unique et un souvenir de votre voyage hors du commun. I will meet my guests at the meeting point at the Marina, and present my self, my co-hosts and Crew. When all guests arrived at the meeting point, we go to the boat, where i provide a short security briefing about the tour and what includes, such as the wine and the snacks. We will then head down the Tagus River to begin our tour, departing from Lisbon’s Alcântara Marina and heading towards Belém. We are going to pass through some of the most iconic monuments and the crew is going to tell some histories about Portugal and the discoveries. You will after this be taken up river seeing a panoramic view of the city as you go under the bridge “Ponte 25 de Abril” and observe Cristo Rei in all its majesty overlooking Lisbon. Finish your tour sailing towards the sunset enjoying your wine while returning to the marina in Alcântara. During this tour, great conversation is always a “must have” and you can learn a bit about the nautical history of Lisbon and get suggestions on what to see and where to eat. I will take amazing photos of you in the best spots of Lisbon but also in some hidden places and tell you a bit about the city and its history that only locals like me know. If you want to have an introduction of Lisbon and learn a bit more about its history, culture and curiosities, this is the perfect tour for you. We'll visit the downtown are of Lisbon, the neighborhoods called Baixa and Chiado, which have been the meeting point of famous artists, poets and politicians since the XVIII century and are still considered to be the beating heart of Lisbon with its imposing buildings, shops, restaurants and historical monuments. You'll learn a bit more about the modern and contemporary history of Portugal, the Great Earthquake in 1755, the end of Portuguese monarchy, the change of the capital to a foreign country, the Jewish massacre, the longest dictatorship in Europe and the revolution that ended it, the tradition of the "bacalhau" and many aspects of the Portuguese culture. With plenty of stops along the way, you'll have the opportunity to engage in conversation with attendees from all over the world and learn about the experiences of African people during the Portuguese transtlantic trade and colonial era. Not only will you get to know the african diaspora today, but you'll also have the chance to connect with people and learn about their realities. After the 4 hours walk, we end up with a delicious meal at an African restaurant, supporting black businesses in the community. Please be aware that Lisbon is hilly and slippery and there stairs to climb. Therefore there is a minimum of physical condition necessary. Also wear comfortable shoes. Why not to expect: - This experience is available for large groups. If you are expecting a small group, this is definitely not a tour for you. - The main topic is the Slave trade in Portugal and the world. If you are not comfortable with this subject this is definitely not an experience for you. This tour is suitable for kids and seniors as long as they are used to walking.
