Small house, good for couples, not luxury but with all you may need. The house, recently restored, is in a small village on a hill, in Valnerina, Umbria. There you may spend a relaxed and pleasant vacation. The location is strategic to visit the most interesting places in Umbria. No television, you dont need it. You may have breakfast or dinner on the terrace just outside the door, in the green with a view, or under the pergola down the stairs. Come and have a nice vacation!

L'appartamento si trova esattamente al centro del paese di Ferentillo, vicinissimo a servizi come bar, minimarket e una rosticceria proprio sotto casa. Le finestre sono dotate di doppi vetri per isolarlo dal rumore delle macchine e dalle campane del vicino campanile che scandisce l'ora. È composto di una camera da letto matrimoniale, comunicante con un salottino dotato di divano letto matrimoniale. Il bagno è dotato di doccia. Il cucinino è separato. Ha il doppio ingresso, dal portoncino principale che dà sulla strada, comune ad altri appartamenti, o indipendente passando da un piccolo vicolo.
