We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. The Loft offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and luxurious getaway. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

Private room in beautiful Lancaster City
Private room in my quiet house across the road from Lancaster train station, 5 mins to bus station and 2 mins into the city. I have a very sweet dog who loves everyone.
Lancaster has a range of fantastic shops and cafes ( incl Vegan).
There are walks along the canal and River Lune just 5-10 mins away. I live across the road from the castle. It’s a 20 mins walk to Williamson Park for stunning Lake District & Morecambe Bay views.
Market days Wed and Sat are 5 mins walk.
