A unique outdoor yoga experience on the beautiful Princeville Makai Golf course that begins with a short walk to our practice space boasting some of the most exquisite views on the North Shore of Kauai. On a bluff nestled above Queen's bath overlooking Hideaway's beach, with the majestic ridges of the Hanalei & Haena mountains revealing their details in the shifting morning light, we practice a mellow yoga flow catered specifically to the group. Morning birds and ocean waves are the soundtrack to our practice supporting a calm state of mind and a deeper sense of presence. Clouds shape shift against bright blue sky, rainbows materialize, whales breach, albatross’ nest and hatch and fledge, the breeze cools us while the sun vitalizes, and occasionally a light Hawaiian rain offers a refreshing blessing. (It truly is as magical as it sounds!) Class concludes with an invitation to have (yoga) photos taken to playfully capture the beauty of the moment, within you and around you. The experience wraps with a return to where we started, more centered and awake than when we began! Please note- * Class is designed to be accessible to all body types and levels of experience. SAMPLE SCHEDULE: 10:00 am - 10:30 am: We will meet at a specified location and caravan up the mountain. 10:30 am - 11:00 am: The excursion will begin with smudging (energetic clearing with sage) followed by a short ceremony where we will drink ceremonial, heart-opening cacao (chocolate) and set intentions for the day. 11:00 am - 1:00 pm: We will hike to two breathtaking Kauai locations (35+ mins hiking total), pausing along the way to meditate, capture professional photos (that capture your unique essence) & connect with the aina (land). INCLUDED: ✓ Smudging (energy clearing with sage) ✓ Cacao: a yummy, nourishing, and heart-opening chocolate drink (vegan, local ingredients) ✓ Nature Meditation (with epic canyon and waterfall views) + live healing music ✓ Guided Hiking: I will safely guide you on two Kauai hikes. These trails are unmarked and less known to tourists. ✓ Professional Photography: I will take professional photographs of you and your loved ones. We meet at the Kauai Inn and I explain the instruments (drums) we're going to play. We start with simple beats and practice as long as everybody gets it. No worries if you never have been drumming before in your life. I also explain what the drums stand for in the community and how they were used in ancient Hawaii. After one hour of drumming, we start practicing the firedancing. The boys with the samoan fireknife and the girls with the mauri poiballs. We practice without fire for a while and who ever wants to light it on fire, is very welcome to try it (no worries I'll help you). You can take nice pictures and videos while performing with fire. Other things to note And again, if you are beginners, never drum or played with fire in your entire life, don't worry, in my class are all levels of drummer and firedancer from 5 years to 70 years old!

During the Kauai Nectar adventure... We will spend about an hour exploring the hives, our tasks being dictated by whatever the hives need each day. Including: Collecting Pollen Shifting boxes Examining hives & their occupants You will have the opportunity to learn about the biology, life cycles, and societal structures of the beehives. We will finish the morning with local raw honey and pollen tasting. You'll leave with your very own jar of honey from one of Kauai Nectar’s apiaries. We do have an age limit for this tour, if your child does not meet the requirement, please request a private tour! We are happy to invite younger children to visit the bees, the limit is only to accommodate other guests during a group tour. Other things to note: You will sweat in the bee suit, wear light comfortable clothing, close-toed shoes, long socks. We will meet at the Apiary, located in Kapa'a directly across from Kealia Beach. We share the property with multiple local farmers including a functioning Cacao farm that we incorporate into our line of infused honeys. In this lesson we will conduct Shallow Water - Hawaiian Reef Spearfishing, Cultural education, and Exhilarating Techniques to catch dinner, and provide for your Ohana (Family). Meeting time will be approximately 10:00am at Anini Place. (Location Instructions will be sent to you after booking) Once united we will promptly begin with a 30 minute safety & educational briefing, then take a restroom break. After that we will walk to our entry point and partake in a Naupaka Cleansing Ceremony. (A Hawaiian tradition passed down through generations.) Next we will start our 90 minute dive, and experience Hawaii’s Largest Barrier Reef. If we're LUCKY we will come home with exciting stories, unforgettable memories, and some dinner for the family. Please Note - Our Dive location may vary based on external factors such as surf and weather conditions.

We're looking forward to sharing with you our favorite piece of beach paradise on the island that is easy to overlook if you're on the typical tourist trail :) We'll start by start hiking down the cliff trail, through a lush forest to a beautiful coastline along coral reefs, where you'll catch the most epic glimpses of this beautiful paradise spot. (As a forewarning, please know this cliff is steep, and requires intermediate hiking skills.) Once we arrive to the beach, we'll share with you some interesting facts on cacao and its healing benefits, and you'll get to try your very own ceremonial cacao elixir. Next, time to jump into the beautiful water! We'll do a Hawaiian cleansing ritual, then Carlos or Pat will guide you through a short mindful snorkeling experience, where you will learn to develop a relationship with the ocean and its wildlife. You'll also have some free time to swim, explore, shell hunt and snap some photos along the way. Refreshed, connected, and feeling blissful from the cacao, we'll begin our journey back! Forest Bath As we know Air is one of the most important elements. An environment with fresh air quality sure makes a difference. Join me on a nature walk through the largest Mahogany Forest in the world. *I will lead us through breath/ stretch meditation* After this adventure you will feel restored, this is a place to relax your mind and to ease your soul. Together we will walk 2 miles through a mahogany forest. (4 miles round trip or option to just hike one way which would only be 2 miles) Everywhere you look is green, lush and vibrant. You will be surrounded by a backdrop of beautiful, green mountains. Home of majestic, rescue horses, and cattle. Our destination will be a stone dam river/ swimming hole. The landscape of this specific area is gorgeous, you will see native plants, and trees. Absolutely stunning! There’s a nice grass patch to lounge and listen to the birds sing and the fresh water flow. This experience is one of a kind. It’s one of the many gems Kauai holds. Join me and learn the beautiful and meaningful art of "lei po`o" (flower crown for your head). During our experience we will sit together and share our stories as you learn to weave your lei po`o. We will talk about Hawaiian culture, local floral and fauna and of course what's going on at the time locally on our island and I will do my best to answer all of your questions. Being a fluent Hawaiian language speaker - I will introduce you to the Hawaiian Language and will help you with pronunciation so you can take some new phrases back home with you (and sound impressive!) You will leave with a gorgeous handmade lei po`o perfect for all of your island photos, luaus, and guaranteed to brighten up your Instagram feed. NO Experience is needed. Anyone can string a simple flower lei, but using tī leaf is quite unique. I’ll share the many cultural uses of the plant, how to properly present and give a lei, and the best way to preserve it for longer-lasting use and enjoyment. No worries about taking it home through TSA!

Our adventure begins on windy dirt road down to a jungle river beach in Kilauea where a beach blanket, fresh coconuts and your astrology chart awaits us on a tiny island in the middle of a jungle river. As the crystal, blue waves crash in the background I will connect with you on the key details of your birth chart including your strengths, future predictions and most importantly why you are NOT the sign you think you are! Once at the location shooting will begin, we will ease into your comfort level to really capture the best candid and posed shots to really get that raw emotion and feelings. You will get in the water a little so bring a towel and a change of clothes. Once the shoot is over there is a 14 day turn around for your hi-resolution files. Keep the photos for your personal archive, print or share them with a loved one. THIS IS A PRIVATE SESSION! First, soak in the gorgeous surroundings! You'll pick out a hula skirt, or pa'u, that can easily slip over your shorts or bottoms, and get ready to feel the power of the ground beneath your bare feet as I guide you through a brief warm-up and on to the basic steps of the hula. As your confidence grows, I will introduce the mele, or song, about Kaua'i and walk you through the choreography, movement by movement, line by line. With repetition, you’ll find your natural hula sway. Feel free to have someone record your dancing once we learn the song from start to finish. There will be plenty of time for pictures. You’ll walk away with your new hula hips, a copy of the songs lyrics and ukulele chords, and some of the fondest memories one can behold from the lovely island of Kaua’i.
