Then we’ll take a trail up the mountain that will take us to a famous viewpoint with a lovely view of the city of Jaco and the Gulf of Nicoya. You will be surrounded by lush flora and fauna where you can find monkeys, iguanas and a variety of birds. Our trip continues down the road until we reach the beach of jaco where we we’ll get to enjoy the beautiful sunset as we ride. We’ll make a stop by the the famous trunk of memories, where you can take photos if you like. Once our tour is over we will return to the meeting point. This is truly an unforgettable experience! We look forward to riding with you!

Hi, I'm Damo! My goal is to provide everyone with the most advanced surfing techniques and equipment. I want to make this amazing journey completely unique. Knowing that everyone progresses at different times and has different levels, I focus on a personalized way of teaching. I do this so you are fully prepared to be an independent surfer who is able to catch green, unbroken waves – one of the best feelings in the world! Our first surf lesson will consist of 30 minutes on surfing theory and water safety. Here, we will touch on topics such as conditions, tides, different kinds of waves and how to read them (i.e. wind, swell and signals). On the beach, we will go through a few drills to make sure you have a solid base and technique. Next, it’s time to hit the water! Once we are in the ocean, every student will have personalized attention. I'll be guiding you through the process and helping you catch your firsts waves, a unique and completely memorable experience! By the end of the lesson our goal is to have you be as independent as possible, you will be able to recognize which waves to catch and how to stand up completely alone. Ultimately, I want you to feel safe, have fun and meet interesting people from around the world! I'm excited to take you out into the water and help you learn how to surf! Pura Vida

All levels and ages are welcome. I specialize in teaching technical skills that will go beyond catching your first wave. We will work with you based on your skills and goals and the fun is guaranteed. Surf lesson duration is one hour and 45 minutes in total including the ground rules. You will learn all the basics and fundamentals of surfing such as safety, popping up, and riding a wave Every time you feel more comfortable and confident we will teach you more techniques, paddling over, through and under the wave, sitting on and turning your surf board, difference between white water waves and open face waves. After the first hour of practice we will take a break to hydrate ourselves and then return to the water to run more waves :) “Our mission is to share our love for surfing and the ocean with others by offering top-quality surf experiences in the beautiful setting of Jaco & Playa Hermosa and surroundings. We strive to create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment for all of our clients, whether they are experienced surfers or just starting out” Are you ready to feel the rush that gonna make you come back for more? At pacific kayak fishing we offer half day kayak fishing excursions that are sure to make lasting memories. Fishing and or kayaking experience are not required but are encouraged. The fishing tour is a one on one experience; making sure you are always well taken care of. All of our kayaks feature pedal drives, which leave your hands free to fish as well as being a low stress way to enjoy the water. We will be fishing for a variety of inshore species such as, different species of snapper, many species of grouper, rooster fish, mackerel, and a many others. If there is a particular species you are interested in, we can communicate prior to the trip and make arrangements for such.

La experiencia de 14 cascadas y 8 piscinas naturales con viaje en Jeep por la selva Neotropical de Costa Rica es un proyecto que ayuda a la extracción de plástico de playas y costas de difícil acceso. Si buscas pasar un rato inolvidable en la naturaleza en compañía de lugareños expertos estás en el lugar correcto. Nuestro viaje rompera con fuerza la rutina diaria dentro de un vehículo todo terreno en compañía nuestros guías haremos un recorrido por una tierra plana atravéz del río en una selva Neotropical, este viaje en 4x4 será súper divertido para grandes y chicos, no ha habido una persona que no se sorprenda con ello, a lo largo de el río veremos árboles gigantes con más de 300 años de antigüedad, también te daremos información de plantas endémicas medicinales,también tendremos oportunidad de ver aves, mariposas azules y ranas si es que te gustan. Una vez que llegamos a la primer cascadas nos refrescaremos por unos minutos en la piscina natural. Seguidamente nos prepararemos para ingresar a un sendero privado donde alcanzaremos 14 cascadas y 8 piscinas naturales, el tiempo que quieras nadar te lo concederemos. También saltaras a las cascadas en plataformas especiales, nuestro guía te ayudará a tomar fotos y videos para que te lleves las mejores tomas y los mejores recuerdos de esta inolvidable experiencia, no recomendamos para personas con lesiones o poca capacidad pulmonar.

The ORIGINAL Costa Rica Airbnb Waterfall Experience. If you are looking to experience the real culture, nature and beauty of Costa Rica, this is the Experience you are looking for. We will take you to Las Monas (the monkeys) Rainforest around 5 minutes away from Jaco. It is a 25 minute hike in to the jungle you will be learning about the natural vegetation used for medicine by the natives of Las Monas. The Experience lasts 2.5-3.5 hours depending on how long you would like to be at each waterfall and swim in the natural pools. You do not have to swim if you do not want to. Once we get to the Waterfalls you will get to swim in the 10 natural pools or jump from the top of the waterfalls. On our way back you will have the pleasure to taste the local cuisine at La Casita del Sabor (The Home of Flavor), cooked by the Grandmother of Las Monas town. It is the perfect tour if you want to be one with nature and local culture. *IMPORTANT* Hike starts easy & gets a more difficult as the hike goes on so not suited for anyone with a handicap or something that may put you at a disadvantage. Approx from the start of the river to the 1st waterfall is 1km (15-20 minutes) then will see new waterfalls every 50-100 meters. Other things to note: If you have children younger than 7 years of age just ask us as it is typically not an issue but we need to set a standard guideline of 7.

As a Certified ICT Nature Specialist, i will be helping you to discover many different species of animals hidden or been camouflaged in plain sight and sharing interesting facts and behaviors learned by guiding tours for over 13 years. I would love to take you to some epic waterfalls in Jaco area. We will hike and enjoy 12 waterfalls where you can swim in natural pools.. jumping is optional. Its a really nice spot in the middle of the tropical forest. We also want to protect the environment by avoiding contaminating the river. We will talk about the local flora n fauna and costarican history and culture. We also can climb using ropes to get to the final and highest waterfall. Its an intermediate hiking level. We start at Jacos mountains base, its 5min from town. Hope you can join me to this tour. Pura vida!

GO TO THE OCEAN! 2 hours Surf Lesson with David Segura, Surf Instructor (ISA Certificate) also 20 years experience teach surfing in Jaco Beach and the area. Once on the beach we will talk about the characteristics of the waves and a description of the beach. Then we will do a little surfing theory class to learn the safety recommendations, surfboard manipulation, correct positioning for paddling, correct positioning of the body on the board, how to get up, balance and posture, recognition of when to grab the wave, and how to enjoy it to the fullest. Then we will practice surfing in the sea. We will use one instructor for every two students to ensure good service and safety. The class can be in shallow water for those who are not used to the ocean. If yo don't know how to swim, it will be not a problem. We can do the practice where you can stand on your feet. For the inter-mediums or more advanced we can go out to the line up. It will always depend on swell conditions too.

We will be happy to take you on a hike when night falls in the jungle, with the equipment suitable for this hike (boots and spotlights) we will be ready to take the trails around the river and on the mountain we will be in search of nocturnal species most of the fauna in Costa Rica is nocturnal which we must be ready for the search for many amphibians between snake frogs birds and some mammals that roam the trails, We will arrive at the end of a waterfall and then head towards the jungle house where we will be ready to enjoy a delicious dinner in the heart of the mountain.
