We will stop for an early breakfast in Actopan, a city halfway to our destination. The day is divided into three parts. Pool Tranquility: Start your day relaxing a while in the “pocitos”; naturally warm thermal pools that provide astounding views that soothe & clear the body and mind –perfect for “the gram.” River Relaxation: Next, the turquoise-colored river is well-managed and is naturally warm due to the thermal springs, a complete relaxing experience. Lunch will be alongside the river (weather permitting). XOCHIMILCO ALL INCLUSIVE ART-FOOD-DRINKS
After picking you up in the place you're staying (or a midpoint in case we have different groups) we will visit Xochimilco's downtown market, the place where locals get their goods and the main place of Mexico City where people buy plants and flowers. After that we will go to the Trajineras of Xochimilco, a boat ride on what's left of the ancient water ducts, where the aztecs used to transport. There we will eat typical mexican food (tacos, quesadillas and sopes (veggie available) ) and drink mexican beers (they can be three different mexican sodas if you don't drink alcohol). During all the experience we'll be chatting and learning about Xochimilco and it's cultural relevance in México. After that I'll take you back where I picked you up, hoping you had an amazing day. WARNING: In the rare case only one person takes the experience, I would have to reschedule your experience for another day with more guests. Other things to note I recommend to have a strong breakfast before I pick you up. If you get hungry quickly I recommend to bring a snack. I also recommend to bring one or two 5 pesos coins. This are for bathrooms fees in the Trajinera

Plus, a perfect juice stop, and many, many fun facts. During the tour, we will talk about the specificities of the Historic Center, but also about the broader city, the Spanish conquest, catholicism, Mexica traditions, food, migration, prostitution, power, wars, poverty, popular religiosity, commerce, architecture, art, politics, and symbols that have made Mexico such a great and vibrant city. We also love chatting and talking during the tour, so ask us anything! Happy ghost hunting!
