Every participant will reach one step closer to becoming a coffee connoisseur.
Himalayan Dish Siddu
We cooked very healthy and fresh steamed food that is called Siddu.
It is just a kind of bread made from wheat flour. To make siddu you need to do is make a mixture of wheat and yeast. After kneaded wheat with yeast allow the dough to raise at least for 4 to 5 hours or wait until it rises well.
Always keep in mind that siddu cannot me made just in minutes. It needs a couple of hours as siddu is dough yeast based. Now, i am going to tell you how siddu is served to people in Himachal. Normally, it is eaten or served with Desi Ghee “Clarified Butter”, Dal (Mainly Lentil Broth) or with Green Chutney (made from mint ‘Pudina’). It might not be looking good in the picture above, but trust me it’s really goona charge up your taste buds.

The Hipster Chandigarh Experience
Welcome to Chandigarh!
If you search the tourism website, you'd find Chandigarh only talks about the Rock Garden, the Sukhna Lake and some boring random park.
Here's where I come in play!
I will personally pickup and drop back from anywhere including airport, bus stand, railway station, or else to your hotel / stay in a comfortable AC car.
We will visit the original architectural landmarks of Chandigarh, designed by Pierre Jeanneret and Le Corbusier, more than 45 year old public housing of different types, public offices, the architectural museums, understand the vision of Chandigarh as an inclusive city for all, see the vision for crowd control and planned housing for all, visit authentic, hipster obscure food eateries - including a 35 year old authentic Punjabi food dhabba, and lots of snacks along the way. We’ll also explore several otherwise restricted and dying sights designed in the original architectural plans of Chandigarh.
NRI? Foreigner? Single female traveller? Couple? Influencer? Diplomat? Official business trip? Large crowd of architectural students? Hippie backpacking through India? Awkward amount of time before going to the hills?Family? No problem! I’m your guy for a CUSTOM experience suited just for you!
