J's Beach House is < a 5 minute walk to the beach! My cottage is equipped with a private hot tub and fireplace. Enjoy the walkable town or jump in your car for a quick drive to any Harbor Country activity! Potential for rental with adjacent cottage "Riley's Retreat". *Please inquire about our other Airbnb cottage near downtown Union Pier. This cottage is a 2-bedroom plus kids loft, screen porch, hot tub, fire pit, plus walking distance to Townline Beach!

B's Retreat is a 1940's 700 sq ft cottage on a quiet dead-end street. It is 1 block from downtown UP! B's is sandwiched between rentals and vacation homes, so perfect for a family of 4 or 1-2 couples/friends looking to unwind. B's best attributes are the vaulted ceilings, wide-plank pine floors, bonus kids loft, hot tub, fire pit & the 23-foot wide screened in porch! B's is a .4-mile / 10-minute walk down Townline Rd. to the public beach. Parking is available at beach for early birds!

Location does not get any better than this! 90 second walk to one public beach access, and less than 5 minutes to a second! Enjoy a lazy day at the beach or head out to explore the area. It's just a quick trip to rent a kayak or paddle-board, do a bit of antiquing, golfing or climb a giant dune. There's no limit to amazing breweries, wineries, and restaurants. What's not to love about Harbor Country! No pets please.
