This magical experience starts in our meeting spot in our town Chemuyil, where we will get ready for our adventure. My town is located: -20-25 mins approx. from Tulum (downtown) -35-40 mins approx. from Playa del Carmen (downtown) -2 hrs. approx. from Cancun (downtown) If you don’t have a car, or don’t know how to get to this place, please feel free to contact me to get more recommendations on transportation you can use. This is a LOCAL EXPERIENCE. You will get to know, not only these cenotes that have seen us grow up, but places with a lot of meaning to us. We will ride on our bicycles through our hometown making our way to three different cenotes around our community. Physical wear with the bicycles is minimum. We spend most of the time in the water. Riding the bicycles will be, 20-25 mins(total). Distance from cenote to cenote is 5-10 mins. If you are looking for a fancy activity, something fast, big company tours, this is DEFINITELY NOT FOR YOU. Instead, if you want to experience our hometown, our cenotes, having adventures, talk to us, share stories and making new friends while getting to know about our project, then you have found the perfect experience for you. ¿Estás list@ para cenotear? Visitaremos 2 cenotes y 1 hacienda (hermoso edificio histórico) en este día de aventura en la jungla maya y probablemente (con suerte) los tendremos solo para nosotros (según la temporada y el día) o al menos no encontraremos una multitud en ellos. (Perfecto para familias, parejas, grupos de amigos y viajeros solos). El primero es un cenote de caverna, con agua azul safiro (no fría) desde donde apreciaremos hasta el fondo del mismo. El segundo cenote es un círculo abierto de forma perfecta con una increíble agua esmeralda rodeado por árboles. Disfruta de las impresionantes vistas de estas formaciones rocosas con millones de años mientras nadas, exploras, flotas, ¡saltas desde casi 10 mts! The day begins with launching kayaks and instruction on basic kayaking. After an hour and a half of paddling, while viewing native wildlife and discussions on the environment, we stop for gourmet lunch, created by your guide and chef. After lunch we embark on another hour of eco touring. The trip is 3 hours. Other things to note beginner kayakers are welcome, , what's great about small tours is the personal attention and hands on learning!!! Gratuity is not included but very much appreciated!

Ancient culinary techniques, fresh ingredients, tortillas made from scratch, flavors of our traditional Mexico, everything is set and carefully curated for a cultural and gastronomical immersion to the deepest traditions and roots of our Mesoamerican civilizations. In a beautiful Mexican-style house, surrounded by gardens, our Culinary Experience starts off with a brief, yet quite informative, introduction to the essential flavors and ingredients of Mexican cuisine We will also do a mezcal tasting so you can learn how to identify a good one! Then, moving on to the unique experience of preparing an authentic Mexican meal from scratch! We try to always use traditional utensils, like metate and molcajete, to have a real cooking experience. Many of the dishes you will learn and help cook come from my own family’s cookbook. By the end of the class, we sit down in one table to share the food and the experience itself! This all happens in an ambiance full of joy, music and laughter, recreating the sense of fellowship and warmth of cooking at home with friends.

This experience focuses on the difficult process of making a cigar. From the hand of an experienced cigar roller we will learn to make an examplar, we will explain all the specificities that accompany the process of making this product, from the time it is grown, until it reaches your hands. This will be the perfect time for our CIGAR CHALLENGE, after which we will reward the best cigar roller of the experience. After choosing our winner (special ceremony included), we will go on to what we consider to be an authentic ritual: the smoking of the habano, action that we will combine with other delights, giving way to an excellent pairing among cigars, rum and coffee. And then, SURPRISE, a second contest!! We will be competing among each other to select the person who manages to keep the longest cigar ash, and the one who best performs some other tricks we will be teaching you. This is called: LONG ASH CONTEST. At the end of the experience more gifts will come, and that is because we do not want you to leave without taking with you souvenirs related to this experience, so you will be bringing home with you some amazing memories but also little things that will forever remind you of Cuba. Finally, we will enjoy tasting the different plates that we prepared and, in that moment, when we are laughing and sharing our personal stories under the rhythm of drums, you will realize that the simple act of eating assumes mystical dimensions and has the power to bring strangers together like family. Al llegar y tras una breve presentación, saldremos con el guía designado y desde el punto de encuentro Akumal Natura Glamping y visitaremos un refugio de flora y fauna silvestres. Aprenderás acerca de los planes de Rehabilitación, Reproducción y Reintegración de los mas de 85 animales de diferentes especies que albergamos. Tendrás un encuentro muy cercano con varios animales. Siguiendo los lineamientos de Naciones Unidas con respecto al bienestar de animales silvestres. Podrás acercarte y aprenderás con las explicaciones acerca de cada uno de ellos. Podrás conocer el árbol tóxico, el árbol doctor el árbol del chicle, y otros. Plantarás un árbol en la jungla mejorarando así tu huella ecológica. Conocerás la abeja melipona sin aguijón y podrás degustar su miel y aprender un poco mas acerca de la polinización y la vida y costumbres de este insecto declarado recientemente por la ONU el ser vivo mas importante del planeta. Tras la visita emprenderemos al melipona río nos dirigiremos a nuestra unidad de manejo ambiental para conocer de cerca las actividades e iremos por un sendero en la jungla hasta llegar a 200 metros a un magnifico cenote subterráneo donde podrás zambullirte y nadar en sus aguas iluminadas y cristalinas.

Next, we will focus on understanding how to smoke a cigar, and I'll share some tips and best practices when smoking some of my own hand-rolled cigars just for me and mixing them with chocolate. “The history of tobacco, its appearance, preparing it, cutting it, choosing it, how to smoke it, extinguishing it, will be some of the questions that we will answer so that your cigar education is complete, including how to differentiate a real cigar from a fake one. Hello !! Ready to live this amazing experience? First, you will arrive at our bar where you will check in with us. You should arrive at least 30 minutes before the experience, so you will have enough time to order drinks and food that will accompany you to the top of our beautiful tower. Food and drinks are not included. Please keep in mind that it is not allowed to bring in drinks or food from outside. Keep your personal belongings in the lockers, and get your camera and phone ready because we have wifi, in case you want to broadcast live. When all the guests are ready, we will go to our gondola where 16 people at a time will live this exciting moment. We will go up to 118 feet high, very smoothly. The duration of this experience is 30 minutes, during which you will be able to sing along with our karaoke and listen to your favorite melodies surrounded by this great show in the middle of the Mayan jungle of Tulum. Our tower is located very close to the archaeological zone of Tulum, from here you will be able to take the best pictures of the sea and the ancient Mayan constructions. When it is time to go down our hostess will indicate it and then we will gently descend until we touch the ground. Vivirás la experiencia de remar en un kayak de mar y recorrer un hermoso arrecife de coral y hacer snorkeling en sus aguas. Visitaremos el arrecife Salmedina, partiremos a nuestra aventura desde el pueblo de Antón Lizardo, un pequeño pueblo de pescadores.

We will swim an hour in a protected area, so we will access with snorkelling equipment, (masks, life jackets, new breathing tubes) the area where we will swim is not deep so we will find reefs, variety of fish of different colors, manta rays, and of course turtles! Then you can stay the rest of the day on the beach next to your family.

The day begins with launching kayaks and instruction on basic kayaking. After an hour and a half of paddling, while viewing native wildlife and discussions on the environment, we stop for gourmet lunch, created by your guide and chef. After lunch we embark on another hour of eco touring. The trip is 3 hours. Other things to note beginner kayakers are welcome, , what's great about small tours is the personal attention and hands on learning!!! Gratuity is not included but very much appreciated!

Nos veremos muy temprano para disfrutar del amanecer en la playa, en cuanto tengamos luz nos aventuramos a mar en nuestros kayak, tendremos una introducción al uso del kayak y la técnica de remado. Remaremos hasta la isla de los Sacrificios, le platicare sobre la historia e importancia de esta isla, ya que para Veracruz es todo un icono. en el arrecife haremos snorkeling, podremos observar una gran diversidad de peces y corales. después de hidratarnos remaremos de regreso a la playa.

Descubre Sían Ka'an con todas las comodidades, viajaremos en bote por 40 km hacia PUNTA ALLEN, conoceremos una ruina que usaban los antiguos mayas construida sobre el agua, buscaremos aves, cocodrilos, tortugas marinas, delfines, realizaremos snorkel en arrecife y nos bañaremos en aguas trasparentes en la piscina natural. Al finalizar comeremos en el lugar más rico de Punta Allen. La aventura comienza desde temprano pasaremos en vehículo en tu estancia en Tulum y en el camino comenzaremos con la introducción de lo que es la reserva ecológica de Sían kaan y como la comunidad de Punta Allen realiza sus actividades de pesca sustentable, aprenderemos a respetar la distancia con los animales y comprenderemos el beneficio de los manglares en estos ecosistemas. Mi equipo de trabajo te hará sentir muy cómodo y lo mas importante es que será muy poco el trayecto de terracería ya que abordaremos la embarcación a los 5 minutos de entrar a la Reserva Ecológica

Did you know New Orleans has a vibrant microbrewery scene? Come taste for yourself! What could be better than a bike ride from one craft beer to the next, interspersed with the sights and stories of New Orleans? Not much, if you ask us. We'll pedal to our first brew at Parleaux Beer Lab. Next we'll zig-zag together through the the Bywater, Marigny and the French Quarter, stopping for two more brews along the route. Between refreshing libations, you'll get to see and hear about some of New Orleans most beautiful neighborhoods. Frosty beers and a bike ride with friends - old and new; it's the best way to get off the beaten path and enjoy this city like a local. Other things to note: *There is a 2 rider minimum (can be separate bookings). If the minimum is not met, we will contact you to reschedule. *Please dress for the weather and be prepared to be in the sun. *Closed-toed shoes are recommended. *While helmets are not required in the City of New Orleans, we will provide you with one. *Our guides are great, please don't forget them. Welcome - Introduce the class to the expert mixologist and have her explain their experience with craft cocktails. Ask participants to introduce themselves & share why they’re excited about learning craft cocktails. The Basics - Have the mixologist discuss the basic elements of making a cocktail(alcohol, flavor enhancers, garnishes, ice, etc.) as well as which tools are used in making them (cocktail shaker, jigger, muddler). Explain what type of glassware should be used for different types of cocktails. Getting Creative - Participants brainstorm some fun cocktail combinations & come up with ideas for customizing cocktails for different occasions. Discuss common ingredients used in creating drinks like bitters, citrus fruits, syrups,& spices that can be added to give a cocktail more complexity or kick. Crafting Cocktails - Guide the group through creating their own craft cocktails from start to finish by breaking into smaller groups if needed. Provide samples of different cocktails along the way for people to enjoy as they make their own. Wrap-up & Closing – Go over any last questions that participants may have about craft cocktails & provide information on where they can get supplies/tools needed to make their own drinks. Thank everyone for attending & invite them to stay if they’d like to sample any other craft cocktails prepared by the mixologist or chat more with others.

Wild Florida awaits ~ We will begin our tour through beautiful and pristine coastal marsh that borders the historic Estero River. Your guide will speak on the wildlife and historical significance of the area. There are many scenic points of interest along the way to stop for photos and relax beneath the trees. The tour will last 2 hours, dependent on the skill level of the group. Additional things to note: • During wet season (July-December,) trails will be muddy and include standing freshwater. • You will be hiking a wild Florida locale, therefore, a hat, sunglasses, long-sleeve shirt, pants, and comfortable shoes are recommended for this adventure! • Pesky biting insects may be encountered on the trail. Be sure to bring your preferred bug repellent. • Gratuities for guides are not included. 20% is standard for the tourism industry. • We will go out in rain, so long as there is not threatening weather (lightning, high winds, etc.) Bring an extra layer just in case.
