This comfortable, updated stone-built cottage is the ideal base for an adventurous break in the Snowdonia National Park. At the base of the Nant Peris Valley, one of the most dramatic in Britain, it is perfectly located for climbing Snowdon. The accommodation is great for one or two couples, or a small family. In our tiny village of Nant Peris we have a great local pub with ales, good food and an inglenook fire a stroll from your front door. Castles,beaches and adventures- Snowdonia has it all.

Clogwyn-Bach is the perfect walkers' holiday cottage at the foot of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon). A traditional quarryman's cottage ideally placed for walkers, mountain bikers and hikers in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. You'll find it in the village of Rhyd Ddu at the foot of Cymru's highest peak. If you're familiar with Snowdonia you might know that the village has given its name to one of the nicest routes up Snowdon (the same route used to be called the Beddgelert Path). Walk to the top of the mountain straight out of your back door. This is a traditional quarryman's cottage (Rhyd Ddu is a 19th century slate quarry village) and so the accommodation is cosy and comfortable, which has been totally refurbished to a high standard. A woodburning stove and exposed beams give the living room plenty of character, and a galley kitchen comes equipped with washing machine, electric hob, oven and fridge freezer. The cottage sleeps up to three people in one double and one single bedroom. There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower attachment - all really beautifully presented.
