In sella ad un cavallo alla volta di itinerari personalizzati, accompagnati da amanti dell’equitazione. Questa è l’Agrigento che vi vogliamo offrire. La passeggiata è nella Valle e attraversa un sentiero immerso in un paesaggio bucolico stupefacente caratterizzato da verdi ulivi e mandorli secolari. Si ammira tra gli altri la Kolymbetra, polmone sempre verde e rigoglioso di primizie di stagione. Il cammino prosegue incontrando il Tempio di Efesto (Vulcano), il Tempio di Eracle fino a raggiungere il Tempio della Concordia che è uno dei templi meglio conservati dell’antichità. L’ultimo ci saluta augurandoci un caloroso arrivederci il Tempio di Giunone che si trova sull’estremità della collina. Avvistamento delfini in mare: “Un giorno da ricercatore” Sali a bordo e affianca i ricercatori in mare per un giorno e con un po’ di fortuna, potrai osservare i delfini nel loro ambiente naturale vivendo un’esperienza indimenticabile! Sarai accompagnato da ricercatori specializzati che ti faranno scoprire la vita dei delfini e le tecniche per studiarli. L’avvistamento dei delfini verrà condotto seguendo regole per non disturbare gli animali, come testimoniato dal certificato di ecosostenibilità rilasciato da Friend of the Sea. L’escursione dura da 4 a 6 ore ed avviene solo con mare calmo, si salpa dal porto di Porto Empedocle a bordo di una barca semi-cabinata lunga 6.40m. L’attività è promossa dall’Associazione MeRiS - Mediterraneo Ricerca e Sviluppo, un’organizzazione no-profit per la protezione dei mammiferi marini e del loro ambiente. MeRiS è impegnata in attività di ricerca per la salvaguardia del mare e della biodiversità, con particolare riguardo alla popolazione di cetacei del Canale di Sicilia (Mar Mediterraneo). Partecipando, con il tuo contributo, aiuterai a portare avanti le ricerche per proteggere i delfini! La Scala dei turchi è ormai conosciuta in tutto il mondo, fino a pochi anni fa era possibile ammirarla da vicino e toccarla con mano, ma oggi tutto questo non è più possibile a causa di persone incivili. Ai turisti non resta che poterla fotografare dall alto da un piccolo scorcio di terra proprio sopra Realmonte. Io vi do la possibilità di poterla vedere da vicino, non solo la scala dei turchi ma tutta la costa agrigentina! Il tutto avverrà in barca in un giro di circa 3 ore dove ad ogni fermata potete immergervi e nuotare nella splendida e cristallina acqua della scala dei turchi!

Impasteremo a mano la pasta fresca e prepareremo il pesce o la carne per ricreare piatti antichi della cucina siciliana. Se il tempo sarà sufficiente, realizzeremo anche i cannoli con ricotta. A casa mia si arriva da ospiti e si va via da amici, pertanto non occorre essere formali, ma basta godersi l'esperienza.

Non è fondamentale che voi conosciate bene l'Italiano, perchè non sono richieste grandi competenze linguistiche, purché abbiate voglia di fare, anche se con qualche limite linguistico :) Inoltre per aiutare le esigenze di chi non conosce la nostra lingua (Italiano), abbiamo adottato l'uso di un traduttore simultaneo che spero vi possa consentire di seguire la lezione nel miglior modo possibile. Il tour in quad è un' esperienza unica, perché grazie alla sua facilità di guida è adatto alle persone di tutte le età, che sfruttano le potenzialità del mezzo su ogni tipo di terreno hanno la possibilità di vivere e scoprire il territorio in modo alternativo. Le nostre escursioni iniziano con un briefing sull' utilizzo del mezzo, delle norme di sicurezza e dettagli sul percorso che si andrà a svolgere. Durante le nostre escursioni sarà possibile visitare le rovine del castello medioevale Poggiodiana, percorrere sentieri, attraversare sottoposti, guadi fluviali, zone boschive, risalire altipiani con delle viste mozzafiato, costeggiare le rive del fiume Verdura fino ad arrivare alla sua foce e guidare lungo la selvaggia costa di Pianagrande a poche decine di metri dal mare tra animali selvaggi e fauna incontaminata. After our initial greetings, you will be show the environment I live in, it will start with an olive tree, almond, peaches figs ect, explanations and questions are welcomed and new things taught, this will carry on with many different plants and different animals I have on the plot, both domestic and wild. You will arrive to my farm, only a short distance from the town of Sciacca. I will introdude you to the history of soap making through a personalized tour of the soap museum, located on site. Following the tour, we will begin the hands on fun of creating our own soap! You will have the option to choose one of our essential oils or a fresh herbal essence picked directly from my garden. Together we will create an olive oil based soap, with a recipe that you will be able to reproduce in your own home! While we wait for your soap to set, we will walk through the olive grove and find an area to sit and enjoy a light olive aperitivo with a glass of local sicilian wine!
