In the privacy of my apartment located in the 19th district of Paris you or your group (4 people maximum) will discover the fun workout of Pole Dancing (all levels are welcome). We start the lesson with a warm up routine and continue on to learn 4 spins and tricks on the pole, we will follow up with a small dance routine that includes the moves previously learnt. We will finish the lesson with a cool down and stretch. This activity is for all fitness levels and is so much fun that you don't even realise you are working out. Go off to explore the lovely medieval village of Saint-Emilion, listed as World Heritage Site by Unesco, and visit two wineries (a top winery classified Grand Cru Classé and a family-run estate Grand Cru) during a 5 hours guided tour with me, a fun & knowledgeable local guide speaking English. Your tour includes 2 wineries visit (introduction about the history of the estate and technical informations about how to make the wine), 5 wines tasting minimum in total and a French aperitif (cheese, cured meat & bread at the 1° or 2nd winery) OR sweet specialities from Bordeaux macaroons from Saint-Emilion & cannelés depending on the day of the visit. I will drive through the vineyard of Saint-Emilion in my van and we will visit together the famous medieval village dating from the Middle Age. The wine tours are in English & French. This experience takes place in an airfield located north of Paris "Aérodrome de Persan Beaumont". The whole experience will take 3 hours as you have to count the time to go and come back from the airfield by train and car. The flight in a two-seater plane, is 30mins long (If you book for 2 people they will flight at the same time in 2 different aircraft) The flight : It all starts with a briefing to explain the basics of driving. Then around the plane we will do all the checks for the safety of the flight. Installed on board, we will go to the track and do all the checklist before takeoff. After takeoff I will teach you to take turns, up and down, while strolling around the "Château de Chantilly" or "Abbaye de Royaumont". The duration flight will be 30mn. (If your weight is over 95 kg (210 lbs), please contact us before booking!) Transportation: To get to the airfield, you have to take the train at Gare du Nord (34mn) to Persan Beaumont where I will wait for you with my car to get to the plane (8mn). The human figure as an art subject is one of the oldest themes in the visual art. Join us for an untutored life drawing session in the heart of the most artistic district in Paris, Montmartre, and meet other artists interested in the human form and working from life! The sessions are open to professional and amateur artists and feature only professional fine art models (nude), working for the Académie de la Grande Chaumière as well other Parisian art schools and ateliers.
