Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu jedem Teil der Insel. Die schönsten Sandstrände befinden sich ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt.

The house is located in the village Lakithra of Livathos in the Fokata region. It is at the highest point of the village and offers a magnificent view of Argostoli bay and Ainos, the highest mountain of Kefalonia as well as St George Castle. The surrounding area of the house due to its view and location is called the Balcony of Fokata. The summer is particularly cool. At Lakithra village you can find minimarket, restaurant, patisserie and bakery.
