We will cook and then enjoy eating an authentic Mexican meal featuring pepper-based sauces. You’ll learn how to make homemade adobo sauce and then we’ll cook chicken al pastor tacos with all the fixings. The recipes are inspired by a trip to Mexico where I cooked traditional dishes with a local chef.
