Create your own fascinator under the tutelage of Sydney's finest milliner Neil Grigg. We'll get to know each other over coffee & cake while Neil holds court about the design and history of hats. See how a milliner works, learn basic techniques, as well as insider tips and tricks of construction. Create a bespoke head piece to take home and wear to the races, a wedding or special occasion.
