The apartment boasts a private, furnished, courtyard garden in a calm setting only minutes from Perth Concert Hall, Theatre & Museum. The property comprises of two double bedrooms; one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a family shower room. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a separate dining area off the lounge, with glass door out to the rear garden. The spacious lounge has double aspect windows overlooking the courtyard garden.
The property is under a five-minute walk to Perth High Street. Here you will find a great selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars and not to mention Perth Concert Hall and Perth Theatre are right on your doorstep where a variety of performances and events are held throughout the year, such as the much loved Perth Panto during the festive season. Blackfriars Apartment is also a short walk to Perth's North Inch and River Tay, meaning you can take a relaxing evening stroll along the riverside to wind down after a busy day exploring the city.
Blackfriars Apartment is a 2 minute walk to Perth High Street with a great selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and specialist bars. Despite being so centrally located it is a quiet base for guests to relax, especially with the added extra of a garden to enjoy in the Summer months of the year. For fun filled family days out in Perthshire be sure to check out the likes of Scone Palace as outdoor activities here include the adventure playground and the unique ‘tartan’ Murray Star Maze. Not to mention the 100 acres of grounds and green space where children and big kids alike can play. If you fancy travelling further afield , then be sure to visit the Gulabin Activity Centre near Blairgowrie or the slopes at Glenshee for an adrenaline filled day. Alternatively head to the seaside at West Sands Beach, St Andrews.

The room has windows looking out the back of the building away from the main streets, so really quite quiet. Small desk, sofa, 3 drawers and 2 shelves available. The bed is raised. You will be sharing the flat with myself, I'm easy-going, helpful and respectful tho ;) Bathroom quite small, and so is the shower - really basic for now, great for backpackers. Everything is Eco/recycled if possible x Longer stays possible over blocked dates but check-in only on the dates available. Just ask.
There is a great coffee shop near by, 3 parkings, Morrissons and Tesco abt 5 minutes away. Most of the flat is eco-friendly, cruelty free or recycled if possible.
Perth is a wonderful wee city. The parks and gardens are beautiful and most people very open and friendly. There are many attractions around as well - Kinnoul Hill, Moncreiffe Hill and Scone Palace just outside, Stanley Mills (9 miles), or The Hermitage by Dunkeld to name a few.

This apartment is centrally situated in perth only 3mins from the bus and train station. 5 mins from the City centre by foot. Beautiful walks around the south inch and river Tay only 5/10 mins walk. Taxi rank is located right outside the apartment block,close to restruants and takeaways.Close to swimmingpool and library .Also close to supermarkets.. .
Relatively quiet neighbourhood. Even at the weekends it is quiet with little disruption. Safe neighbourhood. Solid concrete walls and floors and double glazing in apartment.

This charming ground floor flat is in a prime location in the heart of the city, just a moments walk from the city's shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and within a few minutes easy walk of the train and bus stations, Perth Theatre, Perth Leisure Pool, Dewars Rinks and Perth Concert Hall. The flat has a secure private entrance, sleeps two people in one double bedroom, has a shower room, a functional kitchen-living room and a small outdoor space for al-fresco dining.
Other things to note - As the flat is located in the city centre, there is no parking available at the property. However, there is ample metered on-street and council-provided car parking within 50-100 meters of the flat. Parking costs £1.10/hour between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday, and is free at all other times.
Despite being located just moments from the heart of the city, the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful with a large public park at the end of the street. There are a number of convince stores and good quality takeaway restaurants with 5 minutes walk if you prefer not to eat at one of the city's 30+ restaurants.

This charming, one bedroom, loft is situated perfectly in the heart of Perth. Overlooking the River Tay and amazing parkland views, it is a couple of minutes walk to Perth's centre. Attractions including the Concert Hall, Cinema, Black Watch Museum and High Street shops and restaurants which are all within a couple of minutes stroll.
Loft: this charming, loft space comprises of one double bedroom with superb views, a shower room and open plan kitchen & living area with a bed-settee which can be converted to extra space to sleep an additional 1 or 2 people. The bed settee is more suitable for 1 person, however, you are welcome to have up to 4 people in the flat. This delightful, newly converted space is bright and airy.
A former capital of Scotland, the city of Perth is steeped in local history. Blackfriars Loft is located a stone's throw from Scotland's longest river, the Tay, it's central location makes it an ideal spot from which to explore many parts of Scotland. Recognised as one of Scotland's premier culinary centres, cafes and restaurants are plentiful with a wide range of cuisine on offer. Local attractions include Scone Palace, where Macbeth, Robert the Bruce and Charles ll were crowned and The Black Watch Museum. Our light, bright and airy one bedroom loft apartment is nestled in a peaceful pedestrian zone at the very heart of Perth. (On street parking less than 100 m.) Easily accessed, it's perfectly located for all Perth's central locations: it's only a hop and a skip to the Concert Hall, IMAX cinema, High Street shops, and the superb food and drink offered by Perth's vibrant Cafe Quarter. Perth's historic attractions, nature walks, and bus and rail are also all within a short walk of the apartment.
The lounge is a light and bright welcoming space where you can relax on the comfortable sofa, and watch TV on the 40" flat screen. Or why not wrap yourself in a blanket, and curl up with a mug of your favourite tea and a good book? We've got the perfect spot for that too. The sofa converts into a comfortable sofa-bed; there are blinds so you can dress in privacy, and black-out curtains to ensure your sleep is not disturbed by light. In the bedroom we've pulled-out all the stops to make sure you get a good night's sleep. Your king size bed has cotton sheets and a choice of duvets to ensure you're cool in summer, and warm in cooler months.. A choice of pillows for side, back, and front sleepers means you can hopefully find one thats right for you, and the orthopaedic mattress will give your back the support you need while you sleep. Black-out curtains make sure that once you've dropped off to sleep, street lights don't wake you. There's loads of space for clothes in the fitted wardrobes, and we've put in a privacy blind, so you can still enjoy some natural light while you change. There's also a hairdryer and USB charging point with shelf for your mobile. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities and recycling facilities as well as a lovely dining spot where you can enjoy your meals. A selection of teas and coffee is provided, and guests staying for a number of nights can enjoy a simple welcome pack. If you need anything more, all the goodies offered by M&S food are literally just on the other side of the street. The bathroom has a spacious shower cabinet with electric shower, so you'll always be able to enjoy a piping hot shower. A heated towel rail makes sure your towels are warm and dry. There's a shaving point next to the spot-lit, heated mirror, so everything's just right for shaving or applying make-up. Finally, we thought you might enjoy some 'mood lighting' -you pick the colour, and the light comes on automatically when you enter the bathroom (perfect for any nocturnal visits!) There is a selection of games and books to keep you entertained, and all the little things you might need on an overnight stay - hairdryer, iron and ironing board, shoe polish, sewing kit, umbrella, phone charger, unlimited internet access - are all taken care of too. We're sure you'll agree that the Scandi Loft is the perfect little apartment for overnight or longer visits to Perth, and we hope to welcome you soon.
Perth is a beautiful, historic city with many things to see and do right on your doorstep. Shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants are only a few minutes walk. Sample the delights of Perth's Farmers Market, which is held on the High Street on the first Saturday of every month. If natural beauty is your thing, you're surrounded by it- the River Tay is only 100 metres from your doorstep, and there are many scenic walks and cycle routes nearby, some with some spectacular views. If you'd enjoy a wider range of activities there are also a number of gyms and sports centres; water sports at the nearby Willowgate Centre; and winter sports at Aviemore and Glenshee. Scotland is the home of golf with golf courses aplenty. The scenic North Inch golf course is within walking distance; it offers some of the best value golf in Perthshire, and is open to visiting golfers 7 days a week. Or why not visit the world famous courses at Gleneagles (only 20 minutes drive) or the Old Course at St. Andrews (under an hour)? Perth is also perfectly located to experience the delights of Scotland which are slightly further afield, as it will take you only a few minutes to access any of the major routes. There are many castles, palaces, historic sites and distilleries within only 30 minutes drive. Alternatively, hop on a train or a bus- both stations are within walking distance. The cultural capital of Glasgow; Edinburgh, with its lively festivals and many sights; and the new V&A Museum in Dundee are all less than an hour away. And of course, Perth's not called 'The Gateway to the Highlands' for nothing! Whatever you want to see or do, you can access it all from our lovely little Scandi Loft Apartment.

A spacious room with a standard double bed at the top of a refurbished Townhouse in central Perth, just a few minutes walk from Perth Bus and Rail stations, Perth's South Inch Park and the town centre. Second room also listed - see 'Perth Townhouse'
Our home is very near the centre of Perth - a short walk to the High Street, the River Tay, South Inch Park, Railway and Bus stations and all central facilities such as Perth Theatre and Perth Concert Hall, Perth Museum, Ferguson Gallery and a wide range of bars and restaurants. The house was built in 1834 during the reign of William IV (known as the Adelaide Period, in between Georgian and Victorian, for those who are interested!). It has been extensively renovated and offers a comfortable, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We have one double room available on this listing, which can accommodate two people. Please note that this bedroom is on the top floor of the house, with a fairly steep staircase, and is therefore not likely to be suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. Happy to negotiate on price for stays of one week or longer. Additionally, we have a second double room available on our other listing - see 'Perth Townhouse'. We also share our home with ‘Kenzie’, a four-year-old Labrador dog. She is very friendly and well-behaved and will give you a warm welcome when you arrive. She isn’t allowed access to the guest bedrooms
Perth is a picturesque town in the heart of Scotland. We have a good Concert Hall and Theatre (the theatre is currently closed for renovation) and the shopping in the town is pretty good. There are often farmer's markets in the centre at the weekend and we have a wide range of bars and good eating places - of all types. We're happy to make recommendations. Perth is a very walkable city and the River Tay, which runs alongside the two city centre parks, is a short stroll from our house.

Parking is available in a long stay car park just across the road at a reasonable price. Access to private separate bathroom (bath, shower, toilet & sink), kitchen and livingroom.
Close to city centre, link roads, bus and train stations. My spare room is available for your stay, it has a very comfy and cosy double bed. You will have your own bathroom which has a shower over the bath so you have the option of both. You are free to relax in the living room and use the kitchen for cooking your meals. I'm happy for you to use my condiments and breakfast provisions but please supply your own food for other meals. I will provide you with towels and bedding.
Safe community with elderly neighbours so no risk of noisy neighbours :-) Walking distance to city centre (5 mins), parklands and walks on the doorstep.

Comfortable and cosy accommodation, ideal for two people, there is a bed settee in the livingroom that can accommodate another two if it’s an overnight stay. The central location makes is perfect for getting out and about, attractions right on your doorstep include the Concert Hall, Theatre, Cinema, Black Watch Museum, High Street Shops and an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafés and pubs.
This bright apartment is set within a block of 6 with access from the street, security is provided via a door entry system. The communal entrance area is in need of refurbishment please take note. Please respect the privacy of other residents when coming and going from the apartment. "The Sandeman" pub is across the road which may be a perk for some people however, you should expect noise because of this, both the bedroom and livingroom windows face onto the street. The flat has TV (Netflix), WI-FI and a fully equipped spacious kitchen. All bed linen and towels are provided along with some basics including tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
There is something for everyone in Perth, including a number of great pubs, restaurants and café’s on your doorstep. I can thoroughly recommend Kisa’s for a meal and cocktail (best to book), Grayson’s Wine Bar is right across the road from the apartment or the oldest pub in Perth "The Old Ship" is a short walk. There are too many lovely places to mention! On the first Saturday of each month The Farmers Market is on in the high street, lots of local produce available to try and buy.

Situated across from the open parkland area own as the North Inch this property gives you open spaces and a very short walk into town. On street parking is available directly across from the flat. A safe warm and comfortable place to stay with all the amenities you could wish for during your stay . Directly out front of the property is paid parking and this is a metre and maximum stay of 4 hours during the day....but if you are not planning on using your car whilst in Perth there are a couple of nearby residential streets where you can park your car free of charge. Namely Balhousie St and Hay St .

The first floor flat with two comfortable bedrooms makes the property ideal for two couples, a small family or a group of friends looking to visit the cosmopolitan city of Perth with museums, art galleries theaters and shops. Or explore beautiful central Scotland with its lochs and glens, historic castles, mountains, whisky distilleries, magnificent scenery and abundance of wildlife. The property is set in the center of Perth overlooking the River Tay. It has off-road parking at the front of the building plus a small, quiet courtyard to the rear with a lockable store for bicycles or golf clubs. The apartment is accessed from the courtyard door up a spiral concrete stair to the apartment on the first floor which has been newly renovated. This compact property is centrally located with amenities, green spaces, transport and parking all within in easy reach. The apartment has a lovely flow with nice open plan kitchen, dining and living equipped with WiFi to create a perfect area for eating and relaxing.
Further accommodation includes a stylish, double bedroom and a single bedroom. New towels and bedding, quality mattresses. Recently refurbished the apartment enjoys gas central heating & hot water with electric shower over bath. Double glazing allows guests to enjoy the central location with minimal noise disruption, with quiet bedrooms to the rear of the property overlooking the common green area. With hardwired smoke and heat alarms, the property is fully compliant with short term lettings regulations and is suitable for stays of in excess of 5 days. If required cleaning and linen changes can be arranged for stays in excess of one week for a separate charge. There is a discretionary additional charge of £15 for pets staying in the property to allow for a deep clean on departure. If guests could please advise they intend travelling with their pet. I offer generous discounts to encourage stays of in excess of 1 week, with a further discount for guests who stay for in excess of 1 month. For stays which exceed 13 days there is an additional cleaning charge for £20 to allow for the apartment to be cleaned every two weeks during a guests stay. This charge is applies every 14th day of a guests stay, ie during a 5 week stay, this charge would be applied twice. If required, laundry and towels cleaning service is available for a separate charge. In addition to the apartment there is a common green to the rear of the building which is suitable for supervised exercising of pets, to play or relax. I try to be a generous host and for all bookings of less that 14 days I provide kitchen basics such as oil, coffee & tea and condiments so that guests won't need to buy the basics in order to put together a simple meal. Similarly, I provide bathroom essentials such as shampoo and shower gel.
The apartment's central location allows guests to walk out for the best of Perth's shops, dining, culture and for access to transport, with both bus and train stations within a 10 min walk. Secure paid parking is available at Canal Street multi storey car park which is within a two minute walk of the apartment, with cost-free parking available within walking distance. Perth is perfectly positioned for exploring Scotland. Glasgow and Edinburgh in around 1 hour. The Scottish Highlands most southerly reaches are in Perthshire with many areas within an hour's drive. Road travel times from Perth: Gleneagles (28 mins), Carnoustie (48 mins), St Andrews (45 mins) for golf and leisure; Glenshee Ski Centre (1 hr 10 mins) and Aviemore (1 hr 45 mins) for skiing; Oban Ferry Terminal 2 hrs 30 mins for the islands; and the beautiful Trossachs (1 hr 8 mins).

This first floor apartment is conveniently situated in The Old Harbourmasters Building on Tay Street close to the city's bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is positioned to the rear of the building overlooking the now disused Greyfriars burial ground which dates back to the 16th Century. The site has been adopted by Historic Scotland and is only open to the public 8am-4pm when the gates are locked for the night thus ensuring a peaceful night in the heart of the city.
The apartment is bright and tastefully furnished to a high standard. The cosy lounge has 2 two seater settees, one of which is a Stressless recliner, a 32" freeview TV and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs. A dining table which seats 4 leads to the well equipped kitchen containing cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. In the bedroom you will find built in double wardrobes and plenty of drawers, a 24" freeview TV, hairdryer and a comfy king size bed made up for your arrival with a 10.5 tog duvet and quality linen. The bathroom has a very large walk in shower cubicle, hot towel rail, fan heater and an attractive feature mirrored wall. Heating is provided throughout by white meter storage radiators with an additional panel heater in the bedroom and electric fireplace in the lounge. Free wifi throughout.
Situated across the street from the river Tay, great location for local bars and restaurants and only a couple of minutes walk to the shops in the City Centre. Museum, art gallery and Balhousie Castle all within 5-15 mins walk. The nearest golf course is just across the railway footbridge opposite the apartment (Moncrieffe Island)

Tay Views is a very convenient apartment within the city of Perth and it boasts prime views over the River Tay and not to mention the fact that it's a great base to explore much of the city centre and see what 's on offer. Although the property is located on of one Perth's busiest streets it is surprisingly quiet. The rooms are bright and spacious rooms with high ceilings which show some original features of this classic building. The large parks of the North and South Inch are also within walking distance of the property - perfect if you fancy a morning jog or afternoon stroll, the nearby Norrie Miller is also a popular walk near the property too. Tay Views offers guests a comfortable living space, with all the modern amenities you'll need for a break in a small city and if there's not enough in the property then don't worry as the local shops are no less than 5 minutes away!
Perth is the perfect place to stay whether you are exploring the city itself or the huge range of attractions and activities available across Perthshire.
