Large Victorian style house centrally located within minutes of the Railyard Markets, downtown, the University area, Nob Hill, Old Town, and the Bosque. We're very close to bus routes and are a 5 min drive to the airport. The room has a private secure entrance, shared bathroom directly across the hall, secured parking and yard with common sitting area, and is down the hallway from the kitchen. Small pets are welcome, we own a small friendly dog and a very friendly fat cat.
The guest room has a private entrance accessible from both the front and rear of the house. Guests will have wifi, a smart tv with Netflix access, as well as a coffee station and microwave in their private room. Towels, basic toiletries and an extra warm blanket are also provided. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. There is a laptop in the room as well, it's old but gets the job done if needed. The house is occupied by an artistic family and decorated with a lot of unique artwork and collectibles, including some taxidermy. These are mostly all located in the owner's half of the house, but we mention it out of respect for those who might find such objects questionable or offensive.
We are nestled right in the heart of the city, minutes from several attractions including downtown, the Zoo and Biopark, the Nob Hill shopping area, and many diverse bar and restaurant choices.

This space is a true tiny house, nestled away from the downtown scene. Has studio bedroom with custom foam mattress 51Wx80L. The bed is high off ground and requires a step stool to get in. Additional single floor mattress, small kitchenette, bathroom with standing shower. Window a/c unit. Sleeps 1 comfortably but can sleep 2 (ideal for couples). There are 2 different growers markets close by on weekend mornings during the warmer months. Several breweries in the area. The tiny house is walking distance to the historic Barelas Coffee house, The Rail Yards, Zoo.
My neighborhood represents the heart of Albuquerque once the main rail yard neighborhood, I am a 3 min Uber ride or 10 min bike ride from the main transportation hub, and the rail runner when I feel like taking a train ride up north to Santa Fe. I am a short Uber/biking distance from some of the best breweries in town. I am also 1 mile from downtown/ Convention Center. Small city and advise people to not walk alone in the evening no matter what area.

Close to UNM and downtown and Located about 5-10 minutes away from the Sunport Airport (depending on traffic.) I live in a cute and cozy 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house with my house mate, Jessica. Our one extra room is used for Airbnb. Early check ins or late check outs require a 50% fee of one day price. Pet friendly but please let me know if you are bringing a pet! Late night check-ins are no problem.
I have a cozy house with an extra bedroom for the weekends. I have a small house and our rooms are right next to each other. Depending what I have going it is usually a quiet homes. My roommate Jessica and I like to watch movies in the living room. Keep in mind because of how small it is it can get noisy.
I live in a very Hispanic neighborhood and a church just a couple doors down. I have gotten to know all my neighbors in the past year and they have all been friendly and trustworthy. I have never had a problem with missing or stolen property but still I have cameras set up and bars on the windows, with a safety mechanism from the inside, in case of fire.

HI! Spacious & unique room available in my downtown home (please read full description before booking). Simple, comfortable space for respectful guests. Great place to sleep, shower, and have a stopover where you can walk to some of the most popular places in ABQ! Near Old Town, UNM, Nob Hill, airport, train, and buses. Free street parking around complex. I have another room listed on AirBnb and the bathroom is potentially shared with this guest(s). Unique space so read full description.
Located in a prime downtown location. Everything is walking distance! First floor includes the two rooms I have available for guests and the bathroom. Must be able to climb stairs if accessing the kitchen on the second floor. My space is on the third floor (not open to guests) so guest spaces are fairly private. Note: This room is a garage that has been outfitted into a room space so no natural light (ie no window) and which means it is great for sleeping since it's like having blackout curtains! Also, the room has a sliding door which is a little bit smaller than a regular standard door (see photo). If this is possible issue please check with me...large equipment or extra large suitcases, etc. Please DO NOT book this room if you are not ok with the description. It is a great space, though! People who are adaptable, have experience staying in hostels, or have an adventure streak: you'll enjoy the space. Downtown. Located next to nightlife, theaters, government buildings, incredible breweries, cafes, a grocery store, The University of New Mexico, CNM, Amtrak/Greyhound/Airport, The ABQ Zoo/Botanical Gardens/Aquarium, and Old Town. There is a great gym a couple blocks away if you want to work on your fitness. Most of this is walking distance.

This space is a true adobe house nestled away from the busy street. The casita has a comfy queen memory foam bed, small kitchenette, private bathroom and living room. The kitchenette contains a hotplate, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle and coffee maker and there is tea and coffee for you. The bathroom has a curtain for a door (i.e. there is no bathroom door so please note this). The living room is cozy and has a TV set up with a Roku box so you are free to stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. The space sleeps 2 comfortably. Best suited for one person or couple. We are walking distance to many downtown attractions. There are 2 different growers markets close by on weekend mornings during the warmer months (Kara makes and sells Kombucha at both. Come try some!). Central Ave hosts a lot of delish food (Standard Diner for dinner, Farina for pizza, and The Grove for breakfast are our faves) and there’s a theater down the street if you want to catch a flick. There are several breweries in the area and we are a couple miles from the Abq Zoo and Botanical Gardens. We are also just minutes from the airport making this space perfect for when you have an early flight in the morning or arrive late at night.

This one-bedroom apartment is right in the heart of downtown, across the street from the ever-popular Zendo coffee house and the super awesome Sidetrack Brewing. It is two blocks from a brand new grocery store and there are five breweries/taprooms within walking distance! The building is dedicated to the arts with live/work spaces and a theatre. Blocks from the train station, bars, and dining.
The apartment is on the second floor, but it is right near the front door at the top of the stairs. Neighbors are awesome and you may walk past artists at work in their studios. The space has lots of historical charm and quirks, such as old mail slots and an old phone cubby. Modern updates make it a very comfortable place to stay!
Our neighborhood is the most up and coming in Albuquerque! It's a very unique little arts hub with studios, coffee shops, bars, the super cool Rail Yards Market and a brand new grocery store just two blocks away. There's a coffee shop and brewery that share an amazing patio right across the street.

Cozy and unique tiny home in the South Valley of Albuquerque, NM. Nestled within a newly planted orchard with a rural feel but close to everything! This hand-built, one-of-a-kind tiny home offers a special experience in sustainable living with a bucket toilet for humanure (composting human waste!). 10 minutes from the Airport and Downtown Albuquerque. Close to the Bosque where you can take beautiful strolls or bike rides beneath the cottonwood trees.
This totally unique tiny home was designed and built in Albuquerque. It is built on a gooseneck trailer, with a partially lofted bedroom (with a queen size bed). There is a mini-loft above the bathroom with a memory foam pad that can be used as a cozy reading nook. There is a full (though small) and fully stocked kitchen with an apartment sized fridge and range. The shower/bath is made out of a watering trough and requires a high step-over to get in. The tiny house is a 70 yard walk from the parking area. We are happy to help with carrying any luggage to the tiny home. We live in the big house at the front of the property; 70 yards away from the tiny house. The property also houses another tiny home with a permanent resident, and a casita which is an office space for an herbalism collective. Our property has a front gate which we lock with a combo lock at night or when no one is home. We keep honeybees on the property and one of the hives is 50 ft from the tiny house, with the entrance facing away. The waste water from the tiny house drains directly to the garden via a simple grey water system; therefore anything that goes down the drains must be 100% biodegradable. We provide soaps and shampoo for your convenience. The toilet is a simple 5 gallon bucket with a sturdy toilet seat on it. Guests make their 'deposit' in the bucket and cover it with sawdust. It works surprisingly well to contain smells! We dump the full buckets into our humanure compost piles to make compost for the future!
Our neighborhood is an interesting mix of rural and urban. Within 5 minutes there are vegetable farms, the Rio Grande, and downtown Albuquerque. There are some tasty New Mexican and Mexican restaurants close-by, like Kathy's and El Paisa. We live on a busy street but the property is long and narrow, extending away from the street, and the tiny house is at the back.

I lived in this neighborhood for about a year and a half. What I love most about this area is it's close proximity to restaurants and local breweries in the downtown area. At the same time I love how peaceful it is and how many friendly people you see out walking at various times in the day.

The casita is literally blocks away from the Rio Grande River and the Bosque. The University of New Mexico campus, the UNM Lobos Football Stadium, UNM Pit, the Isotopes Baseball Stadium, Old Town, Downtown Albuquerque are all within a few mile from the casita. The Albuquerque Zoo, Botanical Garden, Art Museum and Hispanic Cultural center are also close by and accessible by bike trail from the casita. It is close to just about every major attraction in Albuquerque.
We call our home Casa Namaste, which translates from Sanskrit to “I honor the place in you of love, light, truth, and peace, that reflects that place in me.” We designed our home and it’s grounds to be an oasis, a retreat where our guests can feel a sense of sanctuary from the world, and commune with nature. We invite guests to enjoy the privacy of a walled, gated compound, complete with bamboo groves, flower beds, an orchard, fountains, and a waterfall.
Casa Namaste is a traditional adobe Southwest style home located in an older, south valley neighborhood. Most families in the area have lived here for at least a few generations, coming originally from Mexico. As newcomers to the area, we enjoy the quiet almost rural feel, while at the same time being in close proximity to downtown, Old Town, and Nob Hill... all fun places to hangout, and find good eats...We also love that in the valley we have a green oasis in the desert with lots of giant cottonwood trees, and many varieties of fruit trees. Being only three blocks from the Rio Grande River is also a plus, as we enjoy biking and walking and running and checking out the wild life...All in all we feel our neighborhood offers an eclectic diversity, coupled with a closeness to nature and easy access to the amenities of Albuquerque.

I lived in this neighborhood for about a year and a half. What I love most about this area is it's close proximity to restaurants and local breweries in the downtown area. At the same time I love how peaceful it is and how many friendly people you see out walking at various times in the day.

Many people enjoy my place because it's a short walk to the Albuquerque convention center. You have full access to the kitchen and are welcome to serve yourself with everything the apartment has to offer. Parking has 24/7 security for both you and your vehicle for $8/day. If you're looking for a swanky downtown Albuquerque apartment with your own bathroom, this is it!
Your very own modern bathroom and bedroom with full access to free laundry services next to your own bathroom. Tide and dryer sheets are provided. This is a two bedroom, two bathroom modern apartment.

Our place is a 5-10 minute walk from downtown and one block from the zoo. (Hint: Use the Albuquerque Zoo as a way to search if our place is close to what you want) Easy access to restaurants, nightlife, activities, and Old Town. You’ll love the place because of the neighborhood, the light, the comfortable bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. It is a great space for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The room is located in the upstairs portion of the house with a private bathroom.
The space is upstairs in our house, quite separate from our main living space. 3/4 of the way up the stairs is a private bathroom that has a shower, sink and toilet. You will have a sense of privacy as we do not use the upstairs when guests are staying here. The bedroom is on the East side of the house and furnished simply with a bed, dresser, bookshelf, writing desk, office chair and cushioned chair. If you have more than 2 people in your party, you have the option of using an air mattress on the floor in the room across the hall. This would be ideal for children or someone traveling with you who would like their own space. Please write me to request this option so that I can make sure the extra room is set up for guests (It is usually my study and can get quite messy).
Our neighborhood is nestled between downtown, Barelas (one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city) and the Country Club. It has a lot of character and is a good place to stay if you want access to Old Town or Downtown but want to be in a residential neighborhood. For those of you who are Breaking Bad fans there are lots of iconic spots within walking distance.

This casita is private and comfortable, just minutes from central Albuquerque and walks along the Rio Grand. In an old New Mexico neighborhood, for a unique experience in small home living with every thing you need and nice hosts to boot.
Our home and casita are located south of Downtown Albuquerque, bordered by the Rio Grande and historic Route 66. Centrally located just 12 minutes from downtown, 14 minutes to the Sunport Airport, 15 minutes to UNM and the Nob Hill districts, 10 minutes to the Rail Runner to Santa Fe and freeway access and 9 minutes to BioPark Aquarium and the Zoo. We built our casita 3 years ago as an experiment in Small Home Living. We lived comfortably here for a year with kitchen, full bath, bedroom, sitting/dining room and a secluded outdoor living space.( and we're still happily married!) The kitchen is set up for light cooking with a refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, microwave and coffee maker. Some necessities are stocked as well, with grocery stores near by. The bedroom has a double bed with feather comforter and blankets, your choice of pillows and crisp new sheets. The bath features shower, toilet and lav sink. Newly installed hot water heater assures guests a generous shower on demand. Remember tho that Albuquerque is experiencing a prolonged drought so conservation is always important. There is secure off street parking in a fenced yard for your privacy and your pets pleasure. Of course, pets should be contained if left unattended. There are several bikes available for access to nearby River paths just blocks away. Albuquerque is a great bike town with miles of dedicated bike paths and lanes (maps available). There Is TV with local reception, DVD and DSL wifi provided as well as a great music system, iPhone/iPod compatible. We can help you discover and enjoy the area or leave you comfortably alone to explore on your own.

Tortuga's Art House is near Albuquerque's art district and is right next door to Tortuga Gallery. While the gallery does not have regular hours, it is open during events and by request. This cozy house is convenient to downtown, the Hispanic Cultural Center, South Broadway Cultural Center, UNM and CNM. The backyard features a pond, herb garden and shady path.
This one bedroom house is in the South Broadway neighborhood, one of Albuquerque's oldest areas. It has rustic charm and may be a little rough around the edges. The art gallery next door hosts monthly events including poetry open mic and game night. There are often concerts, poetry readings and art events. Guests are welcome to attend events that coincide with their stay. Feel free to request a viewing if there are no open times. The neighborhood began when the railroad came through Albuquerque in the 1880's. It is a multi- generational neighborhood with a diverse population. The building that houses Tortuga Art Gallery, was built in 1886 and was a General Store. It is now an art gallery and community space and a vibrant part of the neighborhood. In 2018, it was part of Albuquerque's Mural Fest and received a beautiful mural depicting the bosque of the Rio Grande.

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more.
Off street parking is available at the Casita and the adobe construction provides a very quiet environment. There is a firepit and propane grill available at the main house for guests upon request. Full kitchen. There are always plenty of activities close by with this downtown location.
The property is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque and was completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. This little spot is a few blocks from Central Avenue restaurants and nightlife, close to the river, zoo, airport and highway. High fences make the green backyard very private. I am an art collector, and have stuffed the place with art. The sleeper sofa downstairs is very comfortable an easy to set up, with all bedding inside.
This is the urban core. I am a block from two courthouses, and two blocks to the fabulously hip coffee shop Zendo and the brewery Sidetrack. One block to family restaurant La Mexicana. ten minutes to the airport, four minutes to I-25 and I-40.

My home is near downtown, old town, and literally next door to the Albuquerque country club. It is a less than 20 minute drive to the Albuquerque International Airport, Kirtland Air Force Base and Sandia National Labs. It is walking distance to Tingley Beach and the Rio Grande River with its walking and biking trails. Within 5 minutes or less by car (or a less than an hour stroll), you can reach several local attractions including the Rio Grande Zoo, Botanic Garden, Albuquerque Aquarium, Museum of Art & History, Century 14 Theater, Museum of Natural History, Explora! Science Center, Kimo Theater, Albuquerque Little Theater, Downtown restaurants, bars & concert venues, the Albuquerque Convention Center, Maxwell Museum of Anthropology, the Holocaust and Intolerance Museum, Isotopes Park, and only a short drive to the Albuquerque International Balloon Museum and Balloon Fiesta Park (15 min by car).

Just as with the downtown area of most major cities, Albuquerque's Downtown has a large population of eccentric, transient, and homeless people. This is something for you to be aware of but not alarmed by. I have lived in this neighborhood and feel comfortable walking, though I do pay careful attention to my surroundings just as I would anywhere.
