This superb studio apartment offers one good size living/bedroom with double bed and is specially designed for couples (x1 cot stored at the property, additional available at a surcharge). The lounge area offers a two seater leather sofa, 22inch LCD TV set with integrated freeview and DVD and dining table for four people. The bed is made from silk-cotton linen, the floor is covered with virgin wool carpets and real natural stone tiles can be found in the bathroom.
The apartment is located in the West Cliff area where you can find local bars, restaurants and Durley Chine a leafy walk which leads directly to the sea front.As well as its premier league football team, Bournemouth hosts three internationally renowned theatres and several music venues where you can see many top touring bands or side splitting comedians. Located on the beautiful coastline, the town is bordered by the channel, a stretch of water historically significant: from the invasion of William the Conqueror and his Norman knights, to the Battle of Britain in the Second World War. The town is populated with a huge variety of high-street shops and two Michelin star restaurants: Arbor and Neo. The square separating Bournemouth's long high street plays host to a huge variety of entertainment – from drumming bands and circus skills in the summer; to outdoor carol concerts and the Christmas market in the winter time. On the seafront sits Bournemouth Oceanarium: explore what swims beneath the ocean and find your underwater adventure. At the end of August each year, the town hosts Bournemouth Air Festival, one of the largest air shows in Europe, combining aerobatic prowess, naval efficiency, and many exhibitions at ground level. As a big lover of Air BNB and a superhost, I expanded my passion and purchased a beautiful Victorian hotel in Bournemouth centre. Our location is perfect. My style is Bohemian, clean, fresh, cosy, homely where you can relax and feel at home. We are on the edge of town so just a 4 minute walk to main street and a 4 minute walk to the beach. We are down a side road so away from the noise of town.
Welcome to the Boho Beach House close to Dorset’s beautiful blue flag beach. This long-established and popular Hotel was built back in 1885 and still proudly maintains many original features. Myself the owner purchased this charming hotel at the beginning of 2018 and has renovated each room to a unique style, a flair of bohemian, multicultural design. I have a dream job and respect and adore the beautiful changes I’m making. The Boho Beach House is an ideal base to explore the Dorset coast. The Hotel features superb services and classic comforts.  Ideally located, close to the train station and the Town Centre. We welcome you to come and relax, walk the beach, shop & eat. We are just minutes away from all so the perfect setting for both business and pleasure. As a superhost, I am pleasant, chatty and will make you feel at home. Lots of light comes in from the bedroom window (I adore) and also a large window in the bathroom. Enjoy good WiFi, Netflix and a nice soak in the bath. 5 minutes to beach, town and BIC, so great location to visit and relax. This is a holiday house and our availability is limited at Weekends, often the house is hired exclusively. Guests that hire the whole house are paying a higher premium to have exclusivity. Please message us for availability (check the calender) be aware most holiday dates are often Exclusive hire of the house only for up to 26 guests and priced higher to accommodate for all. Linen charges are added which increases premium price for these times.
Every one comments of how the house has a central location just 2 minutes walk from the town and beaches. It's located close to all bars, restaurants and shops, however the house is tucked away from the noise of the town so its perfect for peace and quiet too. All our guests love the spacious feel of the house as it can accommodate many and yet give a feel of open space.

Room 6 which is a large room with some sea views. This room has 2 double beds. One being over 100 years old which I had courier down from Scotland. Absolutely stunning. On the 2nd floor, back of house. We do have large trees at the back of the house so in season the trees take away the sea view between June and October. A nice space for 2 adults and 2 children.

Myself the owner purchased this charming hotel at the beginning of 2018 and has renovated each room to a unique style, a flair of bohemian, multicultural design. Westcliff Penthouse is a rare apartment for its location as not many places have such easy access to Bournemouth beach and pier. The views from the balcony and lounge and bedroom windows of the sea, old Harrys rocks and Bournemouth as well as Sandbanks beach is simply remarkable and unbeatable. It had taken me a year waiting for a property on this street to come on the market. The main reason is location. 3 minutes walk to town centre, 5 minute walk to beach. 5 minutes walk to the BIC concert hall. The train station is just 10 minutes away so perfect when the summer season is busy, to take the train. As with any seaside resort the traffic will always be busy on a hot summers day. If your heading for a chill out on beach, shopping or a night out. Why not leave the car at home and miss the traffic.

This is room 3, I have 10 in total on air BNB. On the first floor with solid Victorian walls and lovely high ceilings. I do have a large washing machine and tumble dryer, so if you need clothes washed & dryer, we can do at a small cost. 5 minutes to beach, town and BIC, so great location to visit.
