Enjoy time in this bright and cozy basement suite close to the Airport, 10 mins drive to C-train station and walking distance from public transport. The basement has 1 bedroom with queen bed, a living room with a bar, and a bathroom with a standup shower. Guests can have access to kitchen upstairs if requested. The entrance of basement is from main floor.
The suite is walking distance to groceries and department stores. The suite is close to airport(10 minute drive), and 20 minute drive to downtown. It is conveniently located on the east end of town close to Highway 2 if you are in need of a place to stay before you head out to the mountains.
There are really good Indian restaurants nearby if you like Indian Cuisine.

My mother built our house when I was four and it has been home to her five children, countless daycare children and dozens of homestay students from Japan and Korea. We think diversity is beautiful, all ages, races, socioeconomic statuses and beliefs are welcome. Our Community is diverse and Family walking around and enjoying time outside together is common. We encourage exploration of the nearby area if you have the time.
Small bright warm room, there is closet space and a dresser also we have many extra pillows and blankets if you need more just ask.
Martindale is a quite, multicultural family neighborhood near the airport (10min drive away). A 10 min walk to the train station which take 20min to get to downtown. We have plenty of space for parking. We have a Recreational Centre featuring a library, gym, Dance studio and more just a 8 min drive away.

This house is a 4 splits style. The suite to be occupied has a private access by the back, to a fenced and paved nice space. Its private entrance is the main level. The living room is at this main level. With a nice renovated kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, like in your own home.

This is a newly renovated walkout suite located about 7 minutes from the Calgary airport. Across from the Genesis recreation centre, this cozy apartment is fully furnished. Linens, beddings & dining wares are all provided.

Our home is a brand new modern construction house. It is spacious and with a very light interior color. It has big windows to allow natural lights in. The interior décor is minimalistic. My wife works in healthcare and I work in the financial services. We hope to provide all our guests a comfortable and affordable stay.
About the Hosts My wife Ghe and I (Gui) live in our 4-bedroom home with our 4 year old son, who is growing fast. Expect to see some kids’ stuff here and there. The hosts occupy 2 of the 4 bedrooms in the second floor. The guests will occupy the other two. We enjoy meeting new people and learning about new places that we want to visit one day. We welcome you to our home and we try our best to offer you a pleasant and comfortable stay. Ghe works in healthcare services and I work in the financial services. She is in the business of helping the elderly live with dignity. I am in the business of helping people of all ages get financial protection, accumulate wealth, retire rich and save on tax. I work at home, at our MGA’s office or where my clients prefer to meet. Languages: English, Haitian Creole, Tagalog, Cebuano, Hiligaynon Rules and Regulations: Every Airbnb host has a list of rules and regulations. It is the guests’ responsibility to read the rules and regulation of the hosts before booking. By booking with the hosts, the guests agree to abide the rules and regulations of the hosts. Our Home: Our home is fairly new. We to this home in November of 2014. Just like most of the houses in North America, it is a “drywall and stud” construction home. The builders don't provide soundproofing. So just be aware that you may hear from the family you will be sharing the house with and vice versa. It is a four-bedroom house and all the bedrooms are in the second floor. The hosts live in the house. We are sharing the other bedroom with our Airbnb guests. This room is marked with number “2”. Room 2: It is an average size bedroom (10 X 11 ft). The room has a twin bed, a built-in closet, a chest and a desk. It is ideal for one guest but could accommodate two if needed. The second guest, if any, will be on a twin double-high airbed. Since this room is on the second floor, the guests will need to take the stairs. The guests will be the one responsible to carry their own luggage to their rooms. The guests’ jackets will be kept in their room. Kids: The home is kid friendly. The hosts have a 4 year old son. Guest’s kids may use (borrow only) some toys in the house. But, please do add your kids to the number of guests upon booking. Pricing: The hosts are trying their best to offer the guests a comfortable stay for a very good and reasonable price. It is for this reason that we expect our guests to help keep their rooms and the rest of the home clean. Let’s do “Claygo” or Clean as you go! The price per room is based on one guest per room. Additional guests will be charged $15 CAD each. Airbeds would be provided for additional guests. Other additional fees will be discussed with the guests. The Main Entrance Door: The main entrance door is equipped with Schlage’s smart keypad lock. It uses a code instead of a key. The door code will be sent to the guests prior to their arrival. The changes will be communicated promptly to the affected guests or will be posted in the airbnb app. Upon arriving at the house, the guests need to enter the codes gently (Press on the word “Schlage” on top of the keypad and enter the “4-digit code”). The guest should hear the lock opening. Hold and press the lower lever to open the door). If for some reasons the door is not opening, you may message the host for assistance. The smart keypad lock is equipped with alarm. After 3 failed attempts to open it, the alarm will automatically go off. Quiet Time: It is our intention to provide all guests warm hospitality and comfortable stay. In view of this, we are asking our guests to observe a “quiet time” to give everyone a chance for a good night sleep. Quiet time needs to be observed from 11pm to 6am. For guests who have kids with them, we would greatly appreciate it if they are settled before or during this time as the hosts would like to ensure a restful night for everyone. So, we hope you are not in the house to party. If a complaint is made by a guest against another guests, the hosts will talk with the concerned guest(s). If the issue continues the concerned guests may be escorted outside of the house or depending on the gravity of the complaint, the case may be referred to the proper authorities. The hosts value respect and camaraderie with and among the guests. The hosts do not tolerate any rude attitude, racism, hateful comments, bad behavior and violence. Any issues related to these will result either with the guests being escorted outside the house or the guests being referred to proper authorities. Think we live in a lovely part of Calgary close to Stoney trail an the c Train a short 5 minute walk .
We have two bedrooms in our home . We charge a extra fee if guests need they second bedroom . Our Airbnb is good for friends that travel together . And would like separate rooms . We like to look at our Airbnb as if you staying with friends and enjoy being in each other’s home .
Like to think we live in a beautiful part of Calgary . Their is many cultures up here . And very respectful of each other .

This is a small ground level condo, but it is considered a townhouse because it has it's own direct entrance and garage. Super close to the airport (8min) and easy access to main roads, highways, downtown, shopping centres, etc.
Very clean, space to make it your own. You have access to the whole unit including laundry and kitchen. All to yourself, 100% privacy!
This is a newer construction area, so there isn't much traffic. Occasionally there is construction, but things are generally slow.

Our home is a brand new modern construction house. It is spacious and with a very light interior color. It has big windows to allow natural lights in. The interior décor is minimalistic. We enjoy meeting new people and learning about new places that we want to visit one day. We are an immigrant family and we welcome everyone regardless of background to our home. My wife works in healthcare and I work in the financial services. We hope to provide all our guests a comfortable and affordable stay.
Our Home: Our home is fairly new. We moved in in November of 2014. Just like most of the houses in North America, it is a “drywall and stud” construction home. The builders don't provide soundproofing. So just be aware that you may hear from the family you will be sharing the house with and vice versa. It is a four-bedroom house and all the bedrooms are in the second floor. The hosts live in two of the bedrooms. We are sharing the other two bedrooms in the second floor with our Airbnb guests. The rooms for the guests are marked 1 and 2. Room 1: It is a big room (13X15 ft). It is the front room and it is overlooking the street. The room is also right above the attached garage. Some noise and a bit of vibration may be heard and felt when the garage door opens and closes. The room has a queen bed, a dresser with mirror, a closet and a desk. In winter, this room will have an additional portable heater as it tends to be colder than the rest of the house due to its very big windows. The room can accommodate up to 4 or 5 guests if needed. Queen, Full and twin airbeds will be available for extra guests. Since this room is on the second floor, the guests will need to take the stairs. The guests will be the one responsible to carry their own luggage to their rooms. The guests’ jackets will be kept in their room. Room 2: It is an average size room (10 X 11 ft). The room has a twin bed, a built-in closet, a chest and a desk. It is ideal for one guest but could accommodate two if needed. The second guest, if any, will be on a twin airbed. Since this room is on the second floor, the guests will need to take the stairs. The guests will be the one responsible to carry their own luggage to their rooms. The guests’ jackets will be kept in their room. Washrooms: A full bath in the second floor will be shared primarily by the guests. It is spacious and clean. The hosts do expect the guests to use this place properly and with care and to keep this washroom clean after every use in respect for other guests. If, for some reasons, it needs extra cleaning please let the hosts know. The hosts will address the issue as soon as possible. A half bath located in the main floor is also available to the guests. This half bath, however, will be shared by everyone in the house. The Main Entrance Door: The main entrance door is equipped with Schlage’s smart keypad lock. It uses a code instead of a key. The door code will be sent to the guests prior to their arrival. Please communicate with airbnb or check the email(s) from airbnb for the door codes. The hosts would change the codes regularly for safety reasons. The changes will be communicated promptly to the affected guests or will be posted in the airbnb app. Upon arriving at the house, the guests need to enter the codes gently (Press on the word “Schlage” on top of the keypad and enter the “4-digit code”). The guest should hear the lock opening. Hold and press the lower lever to open the door). If for some reasons the door is not opening, you may message the host for assistance. The smart keypad lock is equipped with alarm. After 3 failed attempts to open it, the alarm will automatically go off. Kids: The home is kid friendly. The hosts have a 4 year old son.
