Khadija is BACK ! <3 In this immersive 3.5-hour Airbnb experience, we will journey through the rich culinary traditions of Morocco specially Essaouira , specifically focusing on the art of making couscous or Tajine from scratch. This hands-on cooking class will take place in my welcoming home kitchen, located in the heart of the vibrant neighborhood of Essaouira. What we'll do: For Couscous : I'll introduce you to the main ingredients and spices used in couscous dishes, and you'll learn how to source, select, and prepare them for cooking. You'll then roll up your sleeves and dive into the main event – preparing the couscous itself. Under my guidance, you'll learn the traditional technique of hand-rolling the couscous. While the couscous is steaming, we'll prepare a hearty stew to serve as the base of our dish. Depending on the season Same thing for Tajine its kinda special also.. We'll end the session by sitting down together to enjoy a warm cup of traditional mint tea and taking some memories... i'll not spoil more haha What else you should know: No cooking experience is necessary. Je rejoins mes clients au point de rendez-vous de leur choix, afin de les déposer à proximité des circuits de randonnées, Un briefing est organisé avant chaque balade pour les préparer au mieux. Un chiche et une djellaba leurs seront fournies pour les protéger du vent ou du sable remué par les pattes des dromadaires, plusieurs renseignements concernant ce compagnon fidèle de l'Homme depuis la nuit des temps, leurs seront dévoilées tout au long du parcours qui durera trois heures. Une pause pique-nique est prévue après 1 heure pour se ravitailler, et savourer ce beau moment, au menu: (un Thé Royal + Pain Fait Maison + Huile d'argan+ petits Gâteaux Fait Maison). Reprise de la balade entre plages sauvages, forets, dunes et ruines historiques. I will pick you up at your hotel and take you to a beach, there we will find a horse to match your level. Then we start to stroll along the huge wild beach and across the sand dunes. You will discover stunning landscapes at your own pace; Peaceful for beginners, free walks for experienced riders. We will have a break located on top of the dunes with a great view of the ocean. Then we will go back where we started to cross the eucalyptus forests. This walk is open to both beginners and experienced riders, individually or in groups. Our Barbary/Arabian horses are suitable for all levels. All necessary equipment for a comfortable and safe riding practice is provided

Vous avez toujours rêvé de faire une balade à cheval entre plage, dunes de sable et forêt? Je vous accueille à Diabat, un petit village à 5 min au sud d'Essaouira, dans ma propre écurie. Nous sélectionnons votre cheval en fonction de votre niveau, nous nous équipons et nous commençons la balade. Vous découvrez des paysages sauvages et montez dans les dunes avant d'atteindre la plage d'Essaouira. A partir de là, nous pouvons trotter et galoper librement sur le sable ou simplement profiter d'une balade relaxante si vous êtes débutant. En chemin, il est possible de croiser des oiseaux, des chèvres, des ânes ou encore des chameaux. Les chevaux sont complètement habitués. Mes chiennes Lula et Zwina ont également l'habitude de nous accompagner lors des balades. Au cours de la balade, je peux prendre des photos et vidéos avec votre téléphone si vous le souhaitez. Tous les équipements sont disponibles pour votre sécurité et votre confort. Mes chevaux sont de race barbe/arabe et sont entraînés pour tous les niveaux. Come and surf the longest wave of your life in Imsouane's Magic Bay. This activity is designed for small groups and will be tailored to your specific level of surfing, from total beginners to intermediate surfers. All ages are welcome! The session will begin with a fun warm-up on the sand and some surf theory, where I’ll explain basic surf techniques including body positioning on the board, paddling, how and when to stand up on the board and what to do once you’re on the wave. We’ll also go through some safety procedures, ocean awareness and surf etiquette. Once we’re in the water, I’ll be by your side guiding you to the best spot to catch the waves easily. If you’re a beginner, we will be in the white water and I'll give you an extra push to help you get onto the waves. If you’ve surfed before and can catch the waves by yourself, I will paddle out with you and help you catch some green waves, giving you helpful tips where you can improve in your style and technique. During the experience, we will share plenty of waves, laughs and good vibes! By the end of the session you’ll feel energised and inspired by the healing energy of the ocean and the joy of riding waves with new friends :)

Sidi Kaouki est un petit village situé à 25 km au sud d'Essaouira.Le bus qui y dépose (02) fait son départ d’Essaouira à Bab Dokala (07:30, 09:00, 11:15, 13:15). Je peux également organiser le trajet en taxi à votre demande. L’atelier se trouve à 8 min à pied du grand parking nord de Sidi Kaouki où les bus et taxi s’arrêtent. Je peux venir vous chercher au grand parking pour vous accompagner à pied. Puis Nous entrerons dans notre atelier ou je vous proposerai de revêtir la tenue berbère traditionnelle (pour les femmes) pour entrer complètement dans notre univers, puis nous commenceront l’expérience, avec au programme : - Visite du stock pour voir les fruits d’arganier cueillis et séchés, tout en discutant de l’histoire de l’argan au Maroc - Découverte des étapes de fabrication de l'huile d’argan alimentaire et cosmétique, participation à l’atelier soi-même - Dégustation sous forme d’un petit goûter (thé, pain, l'huile d'argan, miel, amlou, oeufs bio). En réservant cette expérience, vos enfants pourront découvrir l'argan et notre ferme dans son entièreté qui se trouve accolée à l’atelier. We are in Diabat it is a village far only 7 minutes drive from the city centre. we will start from the village to Discover wonderful nature from beaches, sand dunes, and forests for an unforgettable experience! We will make a stop for the photo and make some videos in the sunset. will make sure that you get the perfect horse to adapt to your level of riding, our horses are happy and full of life. They are very sweet and well-trained. We will start by shopping in the market where the locals buy the freshest ingredients. We will purchase meat, pastries, vegetables, and spices from my friends at the shops. You can choose your ingredients for the tajine – either beef, lamb, chicken, fish, or vegetarian. *If you would like fish , please let me know beforehand, so I can prepare it. Then we will head to my home, where I will make the traditional Moroccan mint tea and we will prepare the food and cook together. No matter if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced surfer, we will always find the best spot to do your surf lesson/training along the coast of Essaouira to Agadir. I am an experienced surfer and I have been teaching surf for over 9 years , so I will tailor the lesson to your skill level and goals and we will have so much fun for sure! You can choose to do either one surf lesson or a surf trip for a whole day. Each lesson will take around 2 hours. If the conditions are good enough, we may be able to do 2 sessions in one day. We will meet up at the beach and I will provide you with a surfboard and a wetsuit (you can also bring your own material if you have it). If you do not have your own transportation, let me know so I can arrange a private transport for you. If you are a beginner, I will teach you the basics of standing on the surfboard and understanding the waves. For intermediate/advanced surfers, we’ll work on improving your style and perhaps introduce new maneuvers to take your surfing to the next level.
