This is an efficiency studio on the ground floor of a quadplex on Greek Row. The building itself is otherwise occupied by me (your host) and long term tenants who are pretty good about keeping the noise down. The building does back up to a frat house and noise levels can fluctuate depending on what they have going on.

Centrally located 1895 Victorian conversion multiplex on Greek row. This is a shared building and there are full time tenants as well as myself here. This is not a party house though during your stay, you may see and hear college kids from surrounding frat houses. Some nights its quiet, other nights they will be out having a good (noisy) time. Your unit is split level, you'll be on the 2nd and 3rd floor. It's a unique space that requires you to climb 2 flights of steep and narrow stairs.
