A traditional Kythirian cottage, in the tranquil, quietly crumbling old town of Kato Chora, accessed by a short cobbled path (no cars, but parking at 20m), 2 minutes walk from a Venetian castle, with spectacular views from the roof terrace, and 10 minutes drive from the sea.
Our home has been lovingly restored to retain its original character, built around stone arches, with a large bedroom and living/dining room.
The kitchen and shower are modern and the bed is new, but the place is timeless

Borantza stone house - 🏳️🌈/🐶 friendly
Borantza Home is located on the ground floor of our family stone house renovated in 2017 with respect to traditional architecture. The original structure dates back centuries.
It’s a beautiful little hide out at the centre of the island which makes it a great base to venture out and explore every part of the island.
We are looking forward to hosting people that have wisely chosen Kythira as a destination to explore and unwind.
