You'll prepare 4 different Cretan family’s recipes in an outdoor cooking space. You'll cook with pure and natural ingredients from our farm. You'll learn cooking techniques from mama Stella, our specialist in traditional Cretan cuisine. All the equipment and your personal apron will be provided by us. It's a 100% hands-on cooking experience! Local homemade refreshments and water will provided, too. In the end of the cooking experience, you will enjoy your own creations with some of local wine. Moreover, the leftovers will be packed and you can take them with you! The event will last approximately 3.5 hours and it will take place in our farm. We will cook in an open cooking space between two big olive trees, under a wooden roof! So, no worries at all about the sun. Furthermore, you'll receive all recipes and photographs from your experience via email. All in all, we would love to welcome you in our farm & be part of our family. ​The tranquil waters of Marathi Bay make for a smooth and easy experience, allowing you to take in the area’s incredible scenery at your own pace! Your tour will start off with a quick Stand Up Paddling -SUP- lesson, a short demonstration on how to control your stand up paddle board and manoeuvre with skill, until you grow confident on it. If you already have some paddle boarding experience, we can show you new skills and provide unique and useful tips to help you improve. Each person will be provided with their own SUP and safety gear and then, we will head towards the jetty to enter the water and start our fun and playful aquatic adventure! This guided tour takes a route along the scenic waterfront of Marathi Bay, giving you 360° views of imposing rock formations, inviting you to dive into the endless, transparent Greek blue and teach you all about the fascinating yet fragile Mediterranean ecosystem. We often spot sea turtles, and we always see a variety of sea urchins, native as well as invasive fish. In this 2 hours venture, full of surprise elements, you will have ample time to swim, sunbathe, talk, make new friends, take pictures and videos and just relax under the Cretan sun! A laid back and relaxed experience, in very small groups of up to 8 people, suitable for all ages, that will be the highlight of your vacations in Chania!

We will meet at the take off spot which is always defined by the weather conditions so we will give you the spot with google map when we have a clear wind forecast. Dive into Greek olive oil culture with this olive oil tasting tour. Learn about the techniques Cretans use to cultivate their olive trees, watch how olive oil is produced, and taste its unique flavor. "Kalos orisate" or "Welcome" in Greek. Visitors will have the chance to taste the unique flavor of Cretan Extra virgin olive oil and learn about the techniques Cretan use for thousand of years to produce it in the beautiful village of Skalani just outside of Heraklion. Visitors will be having a tour led by greek olive oil experts. They will visit a modern olive mill and witness how olive oil is produced, followed by a tour of our private olive grove and an olive oil tasting course accompanied by greek delicacies. A real olive oil tasting experience at a sophisticated agritourism destination. This experience includes the tasting of extra virgin olive oil and organic extra virgin olive oil paired with Cretan lunch, along with a guided tour of the exhibition venue and factory grounds. In addition to olive oil, you also experience local wine, honey or raki tasting. In the exhibition venue, you can watch live the process of production, packaging and standardization of a range of fresh fruit and vegetables (these may vary depending on the time of the year). On the exterior grounds, you can stroll through vineyards and olive groves, take a short breath and sip some raki beneath the hanging bundles of grapes. Join me in a unique river trekking experience at the heart of Crete island. We will discover the hidden wilderness of a Cretan gorge by hiking through it. The walk starts by swimming to an amazing well hidden waterfall. Its power and greatness will impress you. Then we will follow the river's bed splashing into crystal clear waters and natural pools having fun inside a beautiful natural landscape. Our gorge is a unique ecosystem and you will have the chance to observe several amphibious animals such as frogs , colourfulll dragonflies , sweet water turtles and if we are lucky spot some vultures flying above us ! The middle part of the route is isolated from the crowds and suitable for everyone without demanding parts. Later on we will stop for a snack under some huge plane trees having time to swim around! Before we finish our tour we will walk through some beautiful gardens with tropical vegetation and a typical Cretan olive grove ! Last but not least if you wish to have lunch follow me on a shady Greek taverna for some Greek tapas and a cold beer. We offer cooking lessons in Krousonas village. Super family friendly! The programme last at least 4 hours. Firstly we will welcome you with some cretan delights and refreshments . We will discuss the menu and you can choose from the season options(vegan or not) what would you like to cook. Secondly we will visit the farm , we will feed the goats and sheeps and if its summer probably you can also milk the goats! In continue when you choose menu (vegan or not) we go to gather our organic vegetables from our orchard, you wiil have time to explore nature, breath fresh air, learn important information about the plant and of course live the experience cutting the fresh vegetables and fruit. When we collect our vegetables , we learn how we use every ingredient in our kitchen, how does it help our health, about the appropriate quantities we use and we start to how prepare our meal and how we cook. You will learn all the secrets of cretan cuisine with us . (It depends from the season you can also taste and watch the production of cheese.) When the meal is ready you can enjoy it in our veranda relaxing with the amazing view. A travel to history, nature and cretan cuisine.Dont forget to wear comfortable shoes and clothes. They will enjoy their breakfast with an amazing view with organic products that came from our land. . This experience is appropriate for a romantic breakfast, for a surprise to a friend, for a family to spend time together and for all who want to learn about the Cretan food and Cretan culture!! They will taste fresh fruits and vegetables from our orchard, various fresh season juices like pomegranate,orange,lemon. They also taste local fresh hot bread and other traditional bakes from carob and other local ingredients. They will taste our traditional famous dish ntakos! Also included traditional homemade cheeses that my family makes from our small goat farm. My mum also will prepare some of her famous traditional cheese pies or pies with local season greens. In the traditional cretan breakfast also included fresh eggs from our chicken farm,nuts from our orchard, the best cretan honey,tahini,greek yoghurt, all accompanied with greek coffee with loukoumi!!! also you can visit the farm to see where the products came from.

Sarakina Gorge, hiking and river trekking! A canyon full of ponds and only some climbing points, make this experience an ideal option for an adventure! What is really impressive is the large quantity of water almost all year round, that forms very beautiful waterfalls and ponds, ideal for swimming, even in summer. In winter, it is impossible to cross the gorge without getting wet. We start our adventure just 5 minutes after Mythoi village where we meet the gorge entrance. It takes about 1 to 1,5 hours to walk and climb up; in some parts you have to walk through the water, climb over rocks, or use the ropes that they put there to pull yourself up. During the trekking, we will have plenty of time for swimming under the freezing waterfalls wich makes it ideal for summer period! Its length reaches only 1.5km, but during this short course the visitor will meet an amazing wonder of the Cretan nature, a natural sculpture formed by water in millions of years. Sarakina has imposing walls reaching 150m height while Its width ranges from 3 to 10 meters, with only a few points exceeding that. The gorge area is also ideal for bird watching since there are plenty of species living and building their nests on the gorge's walls. We will walk and guide you to the center of the city. Since I am Cretan and having lived most of my life in Crete, I know everything about Greek culture, Cretan traditions and interesting facts and beliefs about Crete. You will be surprised about the facts and myths that surround this wonderful island. Of course, I will show you what locals like and where they go when they go out. As you can see by looking at my social media accounts, I am a professional photographer and I want to immortalize your memories of Heraklion. So, I will take you to picturesque (and of course instagrmable) locations and capture beautiful photos of you. Of course, we will be able to organize a professional couple photoshoot or even plan your wedding proposal and have a photographer there to shoot it. If you have a group bigger than five people, contact me. After we have finished our experience, I will send you as many photos as you want the same day via WeTransfer! A unique opportunity to see & learn about local life through the eyes of a local expert. We will visit our family's olive groves and learn how we used to harvest the olive trees in the past and how we do nowadays. Moreover, we will visit our family's greenhouses and learn everything around the way we cultivate it and what kind of vegetables we plant. After our walking tour we are going to have a tasty picnic with local handmade delicacies & raki under the shadow of big olive tree! Moreover, my mum will show you how we make Cretan cheese and you will have the chance to taste it right away! First time diving ? Be prepared to have a life changing experience! Discover the amazing underwater world with the most experienced instructors and the best quality diving equipment. Dive in the crystal clear water of Crete and explore the unique sealife of the island! During the mini theoritical lesson ( EN, FR, GER) you will learn everything you need to know in order to enjoy a fun and safe dive! Our well experienced and patient instructors will teach you about the equipment, preasure, equalization techniques, possition of the body, correct finning and a few skills which you will work together in shallow water before you go deeper. They will answer all your questions and makes you feel ready for the next step! Then, after choosing the equipment which fits you best, will drive to the best diving site according the weather conditions. There you will enjoy one or two dives in the open water sea! You will need to fill up a participant statement which also includes a liability release form and a medical questionnaire which purpose is to find out if you should be examined by a doctor before participating in recreational diving activities. Minimun age is 8 years old , knowledge of swimming is not necessary and the depth will be adapted to your level of confidence and the diving standards. Your safety and satisfaction is our priorities. The experience will last about 4 hours.

First you are welcomed with a homemade refreshment or a greek coffee from the hostess. While you're enjoying your drink and homemade cookies, you will be informed about the mediterranean-based menu. You will learn about the significance of the "thieves dinner" (kleftiko),the main dish you're going to prepare (lamb). Next, you’ll prepare stuffed vegetables and stuffed grape leaves (dolmades). Then we will learn how to make kalitsounia.Theese traditional cretan pies are filled whith cheese and wild greens and herbs from our organic garden.We use our rolling pins to roll out the dough for that! Appetizers are prepared last but enjoyed first. Tzatziki and Ntakos. Time to eat! Enjoy all of the beautiful traditional Cretan dishes you’ve created with copious amounts of local wine.
