We will spend between 3 or 4 hours horseback riding. We´ll leave from RESERVA GUADALAJARA - Finca hotel to visit the pastures of "Puerta de Palo" where we have milking cows. Then we cross San Pacho´s Creek and Armadillo tail in search of Elephant Rock. it's just the beginning... In the way you will enjoy crossing rivers and creeks and watching birds. But we need to climb to the top of THE ELEPHANT ROCK... a privileged and exclusive place where we can see the beautiful cocora valley and the white waters of Quindio River. After enjoying the landscape, we will cross the mountain in search of the Puma corner and ELF FOREST. We will leave the horses outside to protect the plants and the wax palms that are born inside. If you want to imagine this forest, remember those of Jurassic Park but with a big difference ... You will be walking inside them. Finally, we will return to the farm house where the safety cowboys will bathe and feed the horses in gratitude with them for having given us a beautiful experience. For you a good beer or ice tea. Conocer todo el proceso de cadena productiva del café, empezando por la semilla, observaremos diferentes tipos de varietales, aprenderemos sobre la historia del grano, caminaremos a través de una plantación cafetera, pasamos por el beneficio del café para finalizar tostando los granos que van a ser preparados en una deliciosa bebida producto de nuestra tierra para hablar de su comercialización y preparación. Durante nuestra caminata conoceremos la biodiversidad de la zona, ya que el cultivo se encuentra rodeado por diferentes tipos de árboles, frutales, plantas y flores.

En la Ruta del Café de Ramón y Elena conocerás una finca tradicional cafetera, el recorrido iniciará degustando un delicioso café tradicional y luego tendrán la oportunidad de conocer uno de los principales germinadores de la región, donde podrá realizar el proceso de la siembra. Caminaremos por los senderos de los cafetales, conocerás la historia del café, la problemática de los caficultores, la relación entre el agua y el cultivo del café, varietales, el cultivo, la recolección, buenas prácticas agrícolas y conservación. Visitarás el camino del plátano y recibirás información sobre este maravilloso cultivo que combinamos muy bien con el café. Visitarás el mirador y disfrutarás de una maravillosa vista del Paisaje Cultural Cafetero. Recolectarás café y podrás hacer el beneficio del mismo, relacionando esto con la calidad del producto final. Durante el recorrido podrás disfrutar de actividades de conexión con la naturaleza que serán una agradable sorpresa. Todo el tiempo recomendamos que disfrute la vida del verdadero campo, esta es una finca real "sin maquillaje". Al finalizar conocerá el proceso de preparación de un buen café y podrá experimentar fragancias, aromas, colores y sabores luego de un taller de catación. Al terminar el recorrido habrá disfrutado de una experiencia única de conexión con la naturaleza, reconocerá el trabajo del campo y de un buen café.

Iniciaremos el viaje del café hacia la Finca Buenos Aires ubicada a 20 minutos del Centro o aeropuerto Matecaña de Pereira. En la Vereda Erazo en Combia Alta, nuestra familia te dará la bienvenida para iniciar el fascinante proceso del café. ¿Qué haremos? Conocerás nuestra historia. Dalí, Caficultora y anfitriona de Combia te contará sobre el origen de la familia López y todos los pasos que se han logrado en la Finca Buenos Aires acompañados de nuestra bebida tradicional. Identificarás los procesos del café. Iremos al cafetal y sembraremos árboles nativos de la zona. Sesión de Catación: Aprenderás a identificar un café café especial. Evaluarás la fragancia, el aroma e intensidad de las notas del grano molido. El sabor, sabor residual, cuerpo y densidad en la bebida. La acidez, dulzor, consistencia y balance durante, antes y después de la sesión. Degustación de café Preparación en Chemex, V60, Prensa Francesa Otros aspectos destacables Reserva desde 1 hasta 05 personas Duración: 2 Hrs. *Venta de Café en grano o molido.

1. Dar la bienvenida a nuestra clase de cocina. 2. Hacer mi presentación con los participantes sobre mis conocimientos en cocina. 3. Prender el fogón de leña, reglamento en la cocina (uso de uniformes, etc) 4. Recorrido por la huerta y reconocimiento de vegetales, semillas y frutos. 5. Explicación de como poner el servicio a la mesa. 6. Diseño de ensalada (opcional). 7. Elaborar la entrada. 8. Hacer plato fuerte. 9. Pasar a la mesa a degustar lo preparado. 10. Protocolo del vino (maridaje). 11. Disfrutar de lo servido. 12. Preparación del postre. La clase de cocina tiene una duración de cuatro horas, en ésta se realizarán diferentes dinámicas en las que los participantes se divierten a la vez que aprenden con sus propias preparaciones. Los estudiantes y Fernando el chef hacen un acuerdo mutuo del plato a preparar, que puede ir desde la gastronomía local, nacional e internacional. Located in Jardin Antioquia . Your coffee journey will start by being picked in our traditional 1954 Willys Jeep. A jeep tour will take you deep into the coffee mountain region. At an elevation of 1800 m you will arrive at Finca Mariposa. Our coffee farm has over 6000 coffee trees and overlooks one of the most spectacular mountain views Jardin has to offer. Your tour will start with an introduction and history of Colombian coffee . You will be equipped with a traditional coffee basket and head into the coffee fields to pick beans as the farmers do. See how much coffee you can pick Walk along the coffee and banana trees. Learn about the coffee tree and how it grows. Then continue into the production, washing -fermenting and drying of the beans . Climb on top of the drying flat bed and see how the beans are dried using natures sun. Finally sit relax . Enjoy a cup of Mariposa coffee with a homemade snack.

This will be an exclusive, only for your group, experience where you will visit a real coffee farm located in a very beautiful and special place. We will receive you in our garden where we will welcome you with our own coffee, introduce you to our farm and get ready for our walk. The route begins with a walk downhill along the coffee fields while we explain all the process in coffee cultivation, from planting to harvest. We will stop at some lookout points where a beautiful view of the Roble River canyon can be seen. After a short walk downhill we will visit the "Cascada", a magical, more than 30 metres high waterfall in the middle of a guadua (native bamboo) forest. If you don't mind the cold water you can take a refreshing and energizing bath here. Then, after a little hike through the guadua forest we will reach the Roble River. If the weather conditions are good, we will spend some time here enjoying the cool waters of this nice river, before we start our way back up hill to our starting point where we will show you the coffee's post-harvest process until it reaches your cup. Finally you can relax and enjoy more of our own coffee, local fruits, and some other local refreshments watching the beautiful view. Other things to note Our farm is located at 1270 meters above sea level, so it will normally be warm and humid, around 30ºC (86ºF). Do expect some rain, mud and dirt, insects and bugs, lots of birds, some wild animals... and a lot of fun! The farm is in Montenegro, Quindío, about an hour drive from Pereira or Salento.

This experience will start early in the morning when birds are more active. We will receive you in our farm around 7:30 in the morning. Here we will offer breakfast and have our first watching station in our garden. We will then go to the second station in a nearby lake, where water related birds can be seen. We will then walk along the coffee fields stopping at some lookout points. We will continue downhill and visit the "Cascada", a magical, more than 30 meters high waterfall in the middle of a guadua (native bamboo) forest. Then, after a little hike through the coffee fields and the guadua forest we will reach the Roble River. Finally we will start our way back up hill to our farm's main house where you can rest and relax, while enjoying some more of our own delicious coffee, the beatiful views, and more birds. This route goes through 5 different habitats: garden, lake, coffee and plantain fields, forest, and river, where various bird species can be found. In this short but amazing birdwatching excursion we'll discover the birdlife in Salento. We'll meet by the main square to have a brief introduction to the birdwatching and to be ready to start birding by the town. We'll set off towards a forest nearby, where we are going to count every bird species and individuals, using an application called e-Bird, that's a citizens science project With which we'll make part of the wildlife conservation. At the end, we'll have seen a beautiful part of Salento, learnt about nature, birds and culture.

Salida todos los sábados de 7 a 4 pm de la plaza de bolivar en Ibagué capital músical de colombia. Tendremos una caminata de 25 minutos entre la montaña antes de llegar a la casa campesina donde nos reciben con un delicioso refrigerio para iniciar con el aprendizaje sobre el cultivo de café, a través de actividades dinámicas, concursos, recolección se conocerá todo el proceso desde la planta hasta beberlo y sobre la 1 tomaremos el almuerzo y un breve descando mientras disfrutan de la montaña, la biodiversidad del lugar y si hay suerte y esta despejado se apreciara desde allí el majestuoso nevado del Tolima. Aprenderemos para terminar sobre el banano nuestro segundo producto de exportación y estaremos bajando tipo 3.15 pm para tomar el transporte de regreso a la plaza de bolivar y estar allí tipo 4 pm

Tendrás un entrenamiento similar al que recibe un piloto en la vida real. Iniciamos con una sesión teórica de una hora y media donde comprenderás los principios de vuelo y elementos claves para desarrollar las habilidades para volar un avión. Con el conocimiento adquirido, pasamos a volar en el simulador de vuelo mas avanzado de la región, estarás al mando, tomarás decisiones y comandarás a tu tripulación, pero sobre todo, disfrutarás la experiencia de !volar!
