Let me take you to three SPECIAL standing bar which most of them are originally opened as "liquor store" turned out to be a "Tapas Bar". Great things that we will have quality food/drinks as very reasonable price!
Average cost is about 6000 Yen in TOTAL 3 restaurant.
Point 3.
You will encounter a bunch of flavorful food/drinks surrounded by full of local. You will be fit in well to local life without language barrier. I'll order your favorite taste which something "adventurous" and sure fire food like seasonal sashimi or variety of meat and veggies.
If you find your favorite sake, you can buy a bottle in order to have your souvenir!

Osaka Shinsekai/Dotombori Walking Tour
We meet in Shinsekai area, an old neighborhood of Osaka, walk around the area then head toward the Minami area, Osaka's southern city center, including world-famous "Dotonbori". Osaka is well known as the food capital of Japan, or kitchen of Japan, and you will see why once you get here. There are so many restaurants all over the city, and all kinds! I'll show you not only the variety of foods Osaka can offer but also the history of the area, Japanese culture, tradition and everyday life of local people.
I'd recommend you to take my walking tour at your earliest convenience once you arrive Osaka, since I'll talk a lot about what you can do here as well as restaurant recommendations. This will be an excellent activity for you to familiarize yourself to this amazing city, and also Japan over all. I'll try my best to let you have a good time while you're in my beloved city!!

Experience what it feels like to be a local! This 3-hour experience focuses on standing izakayas in Kyobashi, a neighborhood filled with small, local favorite restaurants and bars. Eat and drink like a local in these hidden gems while interacting with friendly Osaka locals!
With me as your local host, you will be encouraged to try old-school izakaya foods and interact with locals in a way that you otherwise wouldn't. We will go to 2-3 standing izakayas in Kyobashi for you to try various Japanese and Osaka local foods. The places I will take you to have no English signs or menus, but not to worry, I will translate them for you! By the end of the tour, you'll be able to order your own next round of food and drinks! Come with me to eat and drink like locals, with locals.

We will share a course-meal of traditional Japanese food across 4-6 food stands and restaurants. I have chosen these vendors to talk about quality food and rich food culture that represent Osaka. Throughout the evening, we will try many kinds of foods different from other Japanese cities offer with other foodies!

Food provided on the tour contains: WHEAT flour, SOYBEAN product and FISH based broth. If your diet is GLUTEN-FREE or VEGAN, this tour isn’t suitable. Pescatarian and lactose intolerance can be accommodated ONLY IF you are fine with a small amount of animal fat, milk and meat based broth.
Please be advised that this tour cannot accommodate anyone with SEVERE FOOD ALLERGIES that can cause illness or life threatening situations. Cross contamination CANNOT be avoided.
Making Soba Noodles at Temple in Osaka
You can experience traditional Japanese soba making at a historic temple and sample the soba you made yourself. And, You can also visit the main hall of the temple and the Buddha statue. We run this classroom in a small team and strive to provide a special experience and a calm time. You can feel the warm and private time when you return to your parents' house.

As someone who was born and raised in Osaka, I think Juso is a must-visit place when you come to Osaka.

Uncover the secrets of Tobita Entertainment District & Shinsekai, some backstreets/underground districts of Japan that will drag you into a whirlpool of desire and excitement.
This tour will take you somewhere you will never stumble upon as a regular tourist, and help you to try new local foods that will open up new boundaries of Japanese cuisine.
We are a small group of Japanese guides with international experience (often speak 2 or more languages).
Through the tour, you will be guided & explained from a true Japanese viewpoint.

-Exploration of 2 main areas (Tobita [Red Light District], Shinsekai) ※2~3km of walking

NOTES: The tour runs between 2.5 hours to 3 hours.

Osaka Food Tour ten delicious dishes at five hidden eateries
We’ll explore the entire range: 5 incredible, local establishments:
1 restaurant +
1 specialized standing bar +
1 backstreet stall +
1 izakaya (Japanese style pub) +
1 neighbourhood market
We'll eat & drink at all the places you'd be too hesitant to enter!
Dining on flavorsome, authentic food and tasting Japanese drinks (craft beer, sake, chuhai, highball, plum wine, cocktails etc).
We will explain ALL the ingredients of the food & drinks and tying in the deep history of the area we stroll.
-Entree (Backstreet Stall): 3 x takoyaki balls, + local oden (seafood, vegetables infused with dashi )
-Taste Testing: (markets) 6 x gyoza (dumplings fill with pork and veges)
-Main course: (Standing bar): large bowl of kitsune udon + tonpeyaki
-Side Course (Izakaya pub): 1 x drink, Nikudoufu “beef and tofu stew” PLUS 2 x original yakitori skewered beef (sauce & salt options),

Other things to note:
You must be at Dobutsuenmae Station, exit 1, top of the stairs (in front of Family Mart convenience store) at 5:30pm. Actually most people arrive at 5:15pm.
We start the tour at 5:35pm and it will be difficult or impossible to catch up. We guarantee you an amazing evening, just come on time:)
Kuromon Market Food Tour
You'll come hungry and you'll leave FULL, as you chomp down on 8 - 13 different items of food! This is an eating tour where my goal is to have you try a variety of fantastic local foods in an authentic Japanese market. Dive into Kuromon Ichiba (Market) for a sensory experience of sights, scents, and tastes that come together fantastically to make sure you won't be forgetting Osaka anytime soon!
On this tour, you'll get to relish in the freshest and best local foods, ranging from first-class seafood, to sweets and tea. This tour is pescatarian-friendly, but not suitable for vegans or strict vegetarians.
Come with an empty stomach and an adventurous appetite, and I'll make sure you won't be disappointed!

Must be open to trying seafood and new foods. If a particular food item on the itinerary is not available on the day of the tour, another item of equal value will be substituted.
The market is covered, and not affected by rain, so this tour will take place rain or shine.
Eat your way through Osaka! Food Tour
□This 3.5 hr walking tour involves:
■6 food stops (2 casual restaurants, 4 food stalls)
■40-min sightseeing in Namba (popular area among international & Japanese tourists as well as locals) that covers many iconic landmarks & hidden spots with explanations of the stories behind
■Walking of total 1 mile with steps at a few places
□You’ll try:
okonomiyaki*, takoyaki, sushi, local snack with pork, traditional dessert & contemporary traditional dessert at places that I personally love for decades.
(*)You’ll have Kushikatsu when the okonomiyaki restaurant is closed irregularly.
I will explain the background of each food you’ll try and link it to Osaka or Japan more broadly. Through this culinary experience, you will certainly come to understand the character of Osaka. I also guarantee that you'll be full before leaving the tour.

□Food Allergies & Restrictions
Food provided on the tour contains: WHEAT flour, SOYBEAN product and FISH based broth. If your diet is GLUTEN-FREE or VEGAN, this tour isn’t suitable. Pescatarian and lactose intolerance can be accommodated ONLY IF you are fine with a small amount of animal fat, milk and meat based broth.

Yuki provides a unique & private cooking experience [max 4 people] to those wanting to learn authentic Japanese set in a traditional Showa-era home tucked away among the shrines and peaceful local community alleyways.
In this session we will learn how to prepare & cook authentic crispy tempura donburi and hand shaven bonito miso soup complimented with izakaya styled nappa cabbage coleslaw using Yuki's secret techniques.
All fresh produce will be sourced grassroots from our local community and based on what is best in season.
OPTIONAL: I can pick you up from the station [10 mins walk], and happy to give you a tour of the neighbourhood during the walk where I share my local knowledge on topics like life and culture here in Osaka.
SESSION: Learn pro prepping & cooking techniques from Yuki as she guides you through her knowledge of Japanese cuisine for this particular dish.
OUTRO: Once our lunch is made it's time to share it over tea. This is a good chance to enjoy your food creation and I will guide you on how to appreciate each component of the meal.
No need to rush off, guests are most welcome to zen out and enjoy tea in the lounge area overlooking the bonsai garden.
Making Soba Noodles at Temple in Osaka
You can experience traditional Japanese soba making at a historic temple and sample the soba you made yourself. And, You can also visit the main hall of the temple and the Buddha statue. We run this classroom in a small team and strive to provide a special experience and a calm time. You can feel the warm and private time when you return to your parents' house.

Please note that buckwheat is made from buckwheat flour and some people may not be able to eat it due to allergies.
