Bright & quiet Attic/Loft - 70m2
The attic/loft is fully furnished and there is enough space for 2 people if you are travelling together. You'll be sharing our very beautiful, bright and spacious house on the 1st/2nd floor with me and my family. We'll be happy to share our recommendations for a nice visit in our area :)
The attic in the 3r floor is separated in 2 spaces:
1. The first one is a 30m2 loft with a double bed, a big wardrobe, a new mordern kitchen (incl. stove/oven, blue vintage fridge freezer, microwave. etc.) and a big table as well. A complet privat place, we’ll give the key.
2. The second is a 40m2 space with TV, a PC, a big couch and other comforts, perfect to have a rest. Also has a sunny balcony. That space is not totally privat because sometimes we need to use it. Even so, we have in mind our guests and we respect the silence.
There is WiFi in all the spaces.
Our house is located in a small village called Hostalets de Balenyà (Osona) in a residential area. We have a little store 30m far and bigger stores down in the village 600m far. We are located 50 min far from Barcelona and 12 min from Vic, the next big city with a very beautiful old town and traditional market and a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops. We are also near (20 min. far) from a beautiful and green place called Parc Natural del Montseny perfect for a picnic and for practice hikking in the mountains.
We recomend you to rent a car to move but also we have a good public transport connection. The train station (Renfe) is 8 min walking from home and also there are buses (Sagalés) connected with Barcelona and Vic.
So if you'd like to spend your time in this beautiful area breathing pure air and calm, you are very welcome in our warm and cozy house.
