Our walk will continue by using the other three senses of taste, smell and touch: we are going to stop in a few local shops savouring our food specialties and traditional gastronomy. You'll be right into jazz in a fantastic and real Tuscan setting! We'll be bringing right for you a jazz trio/quartet sraight from the Tuscan jazz scenario, which is strong nowadays - in Siena and Livorno we do have two of the most important jazz academy of Italy- and we'll accompany all of this with a glass of great local wine and some typical snacks for the joy to your senses all !!! Other things to note Villa Lazzarino is a holiday home with a lovely garden and 2 separated apts. We usually hold gigs inside, but also in the garden if the weather allows us to do so. We do organize the experience for groups up to 30 people. The event will be cancelled if minimum attendance of 8 people is not reached.

We'll prepare a complete menu including appetizers, home made pasta, main course, side dish and dessert. We will cook together in my typical Tuscan house, however the location may change. Pisa is not just the Leaning Tower, it is much more! The walking tour begins in Vittorio Emanuele II square, and it ends up in Piazza dei Miracoli (literally Square of Miracles), where the Leaning Tower is located. We will start the tour with the famous murales by the legendary pop artist artist Keith Haring, then we will cross the river and pass through the old streets of 'Borgo Stretto' with it's original workshops, and we'll discover the heart of Pisa, 'Piazza delle Vettovaglie'. Later we will visit ‘Piazza dei Cavalieri’, with a focus on the Medici family, and then continue to Piazza dei Miracoli, where we will talk about the architectural masterpieces of the Medieval period. This square will make you travel through time, as we talk about the enormous power and influence of the Maritime Republic of Pisa in the past; We will start with the history of the Duomo, then the Baptistery, and last but not least the Leaning Tower. During our walk we will also talk about the typical food of Pisa, and I will give you some tips about my favourite places. What are you waiting for? Let's go! The tour will last 2 hours.

The experience consists of a tour of one of the cellars in the hills of Lucca. Guests will be shown the various environments of the cellar and explained the stages of wine preparation. Depending on the time they come they might also see some of the wine making processes. Afterwards, guests will be accommodated on the terrace where they can taste our wines and the olive oil (included in the cost of the experience :D) combined with typical products. I will sit at the table with them to explain the organoleptic characteristics of the various wines and answer any questions on the subject. Depending on the guests, the whole experience can last just under an hour or more generally over two hours. DISCLAIMER: we're a winery, we host multiple wine tastings, there's a chance you'll be on a table with other guests

Together we will spend some hours at Tananei farmhouse, our paradise on hills surrounded by olive trees. in the most genuine Tuscany. We will make a "walk" through the EVO Oil world, exploring the entire process from cultivation to olives harvest, transformation at oil mill and finally conservation. Then we will have a real walk among our olive trees to start recognizing the different kind of olives. You will have the chance to admire a beautiful landscape, where you can see all the beautiful nature Tananei farmhouse is surrounded by. After that we will introduce you in the charming world of professional oil tasting, as done by the official testers (oil sommeliers). At the end you will enjoy an unforgettable DINNER (together with red wine of the area) where Tuscan specialties will be flavored with different kind of EVO Oils , so that you can start learning how to combine EVO oils with food. The dinner will be served alfresco, among the olive trees or in front of our crackling fireplace depending on season. Although the course is managed by professional of the EVO Oil sector, it will be a funny experience in an informal setting. At the same time it will be a UNIQUE experience because we are among the few to be EVO Oil producers + official EVO tasters + restaurateurs!
