I'll teach you how to cook a traditional Balinese meal using our organic products. Before we go to the farm, I'll take you around the traditional market (for the morning experience) to see how the locals shop, what they sell and also taste some of our fresh fruit and delicacies. Back at the farm, we'll do a walk along with the farm and talk about the local farming methods. You will see the local vegetation and we will harvest some of the ingredients we are going to use later. Short itinerary for the trips (2DAYS1NIGHT) DAY 1 - We will start the adventure by driving 2 hours from Ubud to the mountains, enjoying a local breakfast while taking in a breathtaking twin-lake view at the top of the mountains. Next we will take you to incredible waterfalls located in the middle of the jungle - a perfect spot to swim, play and relax. The waterfalls are a combination of 4 waterfalls and a big infinity pool that is perfect to swim and play in. On the way there you will see flower gardens, coffee trees, Ficus and some endemic tropical trees. Following by having lunch after long waterfalls adventure at the rainforest - in front of 370 years old Ficus Tree. Our camping spot by the lake is inviting you for impeccable views of a stunning 1000 year old temple, the calm lake of Tamblingan itself, a lining of mountains and hills and the rainforest. Don't be surprise that we will have the place super quietly so you can relax and immerse with the nature. We explore the lake and the local village next to the Conservation Area (Tamblingan Village) showing you how Balinese people life traditionally. Most of them are fisherman and farmer; not really involve themselves with tourism. Guitar tunes, a cozy bonfire, local cocktail (my special recipe) and the milky way will be in our company until we are ready to go to our tents, to end the night. DAY 2 - Wakeup by witnessing one of the most beautiful sunrises coming up from the mountains. We will wake up around 7AM and I will take you to my secret spot by driving very close by. This would be described later once I meet you. I will serve you fresh tropical fruits, decent Indonesian breakfast, Balinese snacks, coffee and tea for breakfast after exploring the secret spot. After that we will discover and learn about the tropical rainforest that is home to many plants, trees and animals by easy level trekking and canoeing over the Tamblingan lake: Afterward we’ll explore the jungle by easy trekking and are accompanied by a dedicated and professional jungle ranger who will explain to you everything about he tropical wildlife, plants, and the history of the Tamblingan lake with its amazing jungle and ancient temples. Canoeing with an old dugout canoe through the lake with a green scenery hill and mountains will be a perfect way to finish the trek. We continue our trip by visiting a traditional Balinese house in the village where you will see directly their simple life and habits. You are warmly welcomed with a delicious Balinese lunch that is served by the chief's family (my co-partner) which we happily involve in this tour to support them. The trekking day tour will start around 7-8AM (depending on your pick up location) when the guide will take you to the Northern part of Bali where your adventures start. Once arrive at basecamp you welcome to try Balinese traditional cake and tea/coffee in the overlooking the twin lake, Buyan and Tamblingan lake. Before started, the guide will explain the trekking details. The trek is about 3-4 hours long and it begins at stunning lake view point. The guide will lead you through huge tropical rain forest by the lake. You will have chance to enjoy wild jungle flora, giant old trees, old temples and spectacular views all the way to the Buyan and Tamblingan Lake (also known as Sacred Lake). You will be stunned with a big and very old banyan trees which you can swing, hang and climb. Then you will cross the Lake on traditional canoe like locals did in the ancient times. While crossing the Lake you will have opportunity to see amazing lakeside nature rocks-wall along the way to the edge of Buyan Lake. Then continue to walks inside pristine forest to Ulan Danu Tamblingan temple and take great photos. After the lake you will visit family restaurant and try traditional local food for lunch. Before ended the trekking, you will go to the most visited waterfall called Banyumala Twin Waterfall where you can swim and relax in the fresh clear spring water that you will only find it here.

Before we go to the farm, I'll take you around the traditional market (for the morning experience) to see how the locals shop, what they sell and also taste some of our fresh fruit and delicacies. Back at the farm, we'll do a walk along with the farm and talk about the local farming methods. You will see the local vegetation and we will harvest some of the ingredients we are going to use later. The trekking day tour will start around 7-8AM (depending on your pick up location) when the guide will take you to the Northern part of Bali where your adventures start. Once arrive at basecamp you welcome to try Balinese traditional cake and tea/coffee in the overlooking the twin lake, Buyan and Tamblingan lake. Before started, the guide will explain the trekking details. The trek is about 3-4 hours long and it begins at stunning lake view point. The guide will lead you through huge tropical rain forest by the lake. You will have chance to enjoy wild jungle flora, giant old trees, old temples and spectacular views all the way to the Buyan and Tamblingan Lake (also known as Sacred Lake). You will be stunned with a big and very old banyan trees which you can swing, hang and climb. Then you will cross the Lake on traditional canoe like locals did in the ancient times. While crossing the Lake you will have opportunity to see amazing lakeside nature rocks-wall along the way to the edge of Buyan Lake. Then continue to walks inside pristine forest to Ulan Danu Tamblingan temple and take great photos. After the lake you will visit family restaurant and try traditional local food for lunch. Short itinerary for the trips (2DAYS1NIGHT) DAY 1 - We will start the adventure by driving 2 hours from Ubud to the mountains, enjoying a local breakfast while taking in a breathtaking twin-lake view at the top of the mountains. Next we will take you to incredible waterfalls located in the middle of the jungle - a perfect spot to swim, play and relax. The waterfalls are a combination of 4 waterfalls and a big infinity pool that is perfect to swim and play in. On the way there you will see flower gardens, coffee trees, Ficus and some endemic tropical trees. Following by having lunch after long waterfalls adventure at the rainforest - in front of 370 years old Ficus Tree. Our camping spot by the lake is inviting you for impeccable views of a stunning 1000 year old temple, the calm lake of Tamblingan itself, a lining of mountains and hills and the rainforest. Don't be surprise that we will have the place super quietly so you can relax and immerse with the nature. We explore the lake and the local village next to the Conservation Area (Tamblingan Village) showing you how Balinese people life traditionally. Most of them are fisherman and farmer; not really involve themselves with tourism. And when it gets dark and the stars are coming we will prepare some fresh, healthy and homemade delicious Balinese dinner at our family house. Guitar tunes, a cozy bonfire, local cocktail (my special recipe) and the milky way will be in our company until we are ready to go to our tents, to end the night. DAY 2 - Wakeup by witnessing one of the most beautiful sunrises coming up from the mountains. We will wake up around 7AM and I will take you to my secret spot by driving very close by. This would be described later once I meet you. I will serve you fresh tropical fruits, decent Indonesian breakfast, Balinese snacks, coffee and tea for breakfast after exploring the secret spot. After that we will discover and learn about the tropical rainforest that is home to many plants, trees and animals by easy level trekking and canoeing over the Tamblingan lake: Afterward we’ll explore the jungle by easy trekking and are accompanied by a dedicated and professional jungle ranger who will explain to you everything about he tropical wildlife, plants, and the history of the Tamblingan lake with its amazing jungle and ancient temples. Canoeing with an old dugout canoe through the lake with a green scenery hill and mountains will be a perfect way to finish the trek. We continue our trip by visiting a traditional Balinese house in the village where you will see directly their simple life and habits. You are warmly welcomed with a delicious Balinese lunch that is served by the chief's family (my co-partner) which we happily involve in this tour to support them. By booking this tour you are supporting fisher men, locals, jungle rangers, and the local communities of Balinese who are part of this experience. A percentage of profit goes to support our social impact event such as Plastic Lake Clean Up, donating to NGO to protect endangered animals in Indonesia, and each booking we plant 1 tree. You will be registered at Ministry of Forestry Indonesia before entering the jungle conservative area and the money will goes also to support the government protecting the wildlife in the North of Bali.
