Place is in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Charleston 5 miles. Close to amenities. Off street parking. Entrance in back of house. Please park on right side of garage. Breezeway door must be locked coming or going. I have two dogs on property. One is an escape artist. Coonskin Park a forth mile down road. Elk River beside home is great for kayaking.
