,,Watching bears at the observatory is a must,, a guest wrote for me.. and ,,once in a life time experience,, another traveller said. We will meet in Brasov at the picking point Poarta Schei . From there we will go by car in between 30 and 40 minutes to the wildlife territory . The visit is taking place in the wild in a remote forestland area. We will be waiting for bears to pup up at any time in the opening in the evening from inside a specially design observatory . The guide is a forester and the bears are wild. The guide will be focused on the trail, sometimes communicating by gesture or using short words or transmitting behavior restrictions to assure success of the visit. Silence is crucial once inside the observatory. Bear Watching is a waiting game. Chances are high around 80% and the distance is suitable for filming and photographing . The experience is friendly for children more than 7 years old but is not disability friendly. The passionate guide will present You all kind of details about the bears and the animals there providing information and interpreting their behavior. The visit will end usually after two and a half hours , returning back to the cars and back to Brasov, occasionally in dark conditions. We will leave Brasov by car and after a short drive we will reach the foot of Piatra Mare mountain. From there we will start our hiking to the canyon dug in the mountain called "7 Ladders". The wonders of the mountain will surprise us from the first steps made on the forest paths that goes deep into the forest. We will pass among spruces, firs and bushes that line up along the paths we will cross. They will accompany us in the course of a river and small waterfalls will delight our sight and hearing. Once at the entrance to the canyon, we will prepare our cameras to capture every step as we pass through the great cliffs of the Carpathian Mountains. At the exit of the Canyon we will be greeted again by the forest with its beauties. Next is the descent to the place where we left the paths, showing us the beauties that, perhaps, we escaped on the way up.

It will be a special Safari Walk in Nature . The experience will start in Brasov. A 20 minutes drive( pick-up) will take You in the luxuriant forest. A mild forestry road or a trail will carry us for a couple of hours underneath the canopy. The trail has many stops, and shows of natural wonders inside the forest like a live documentary where the traveler will explore and get involved in the activities. The guide will share his scientific knowledge and experience about the environment in a professional and original way. Trails are chosen according to Your interests or needs ( wildlife, birds, flowers, relaxing or sightseeing). Trails are simple and this is an activity suitable also for families with kids or seniors to enjoy! Halfway or on the way the guide will choose a special place where You can stop and taste local treats (cheese, cakes, drinks, or other ) The return trail will complete a different itinerary to our car, giving You the chance to explore more nature. We will walk around the beautiful medieval city center of Brasov and take unique polaroid pictures. You will see the major historic monuments of Brasov, visit some lesser-known places, and discover the story of this magnificent city. There will be plenty of opportunities to take amazing photos both with the polaroid camera and your phone/camera. You will be able to experience the thrill of old-school photo shooting. You will have the photo right away, but it will take about 10 minutes for the film to fully develop in the darkness of your pocket. We are going to talk about local myths, funny urban legends, and the exciting past of this multicultural city. After the tour, you can use your new, but fairly vintage polaroid memories to decorate your travel journal or maybe your fridge at home. Or you could also mail them as a surprise for your loved ones. Note: The price includes three polaroid photos for each person, but if you would like to take more, there will be a chance to do so at approximately 2.5 euros/12 lei per photo. Please let me know in advance if you think that you might want to take more than three photos. The quality of the polaroid photos is not comparable to those taken with modern digital cameras, but that also adds to the artsy feel of the photos. Temperature also influences the quality of the photos, if it’s cold.

We will start the trip in Brasov with a car ride to the starting point close to city of Fagaras situated at the base of the mountain we are going to conquer . We will start riding from Balea Waterfall and we will cross the most magnificent mountain road from Romania ,TRANSFAGARAS , named so because it make the connection of two sides of Romania crossing one of the higheist mount , Mount FAGARAS . We will ride this way among the ridges of the mountains admiring the beauties of the nature . After riding 15 kilometres along the mountain we will get to the peak at altitude 2030 where will be displayed in front of our eyes the beauties of Lake BALEA . After visiting the surrounding , picture taking sesion and a well deserved brake at the chalet close to the lake it will follow a long descend full of adrenaline back to the point we started Other things to note For this ride is necessary to be dressed confortable as for a mountain trip . On this 2.5 hours evening tour of Brasov, we will show you the highlight buildings and history of the old town. We understand that you can work during the daytime and you only have time after 7 PM and maybe the next day you’ll go home. Don’t leave Brasov before you get to know one of the best cities in Romania! Book a late evening tour and have a Brasov by night. Starting more than 800 years ago the history of Brasov is very close to the knights, the Saxons and the invaders. We will walk and talk about the Black Church, the narrowest street in Eastern Europe and about the life of the medieval population of the city. You will understand why the CROWN city is and why we have two medieval parts of the city, the Romanian part and the Saxon one. You will reach extraordinary places that will give you some great views over the city, and very good spots for photos. At the end of the tour, we will enjoy a glass of wine in a nice place. Our hike will last about 2.5-3 hours and the difficulty is medium. We'll start our adventure from the base of the mountain. First I will jump and wiggle my tail around you for about 5 minutes after that I'll start exploring the forest. Meanwhile Sorin will guide you and tell you interesting things about this amazing place. We will reach the Gaboni steps where I will run tireless by your side trying to catch every leaf that moves. After we finish climbing the steps(about 1 hour) we'll reach a clearing that's perfect for a longer break and a photo session. After that, the trail will take us to the giant letters "BRASOV" that can be seen from downtown. There we'll enjoy amazing landscapes with the old town and beautiful mountains on the background! We will return on the classic trail back home satisfied and full with positive energy. Other things to note: The address for the meeting point is Pictor Pop 2. Explore the old town of Brasov while riding an electric scooter. This provides added mobility allowing you to cover up to 15 km and visit up to 30 landmarks. We start in the central park. After a short training, everyone gets a few minutes of free riding to get used to the escooters. Then we begin our route. A private local guide will lead the group and provide valuable live info with the help of our wireless audio guide system. You will be prompted about hidden gems and get info about the included landmarks. Learn about various legends and myths that are popular even nowadays. The name of the mountain came from one of the citadels built by the Hungarian Kingdom, as a custom, control and protection point, at the southern border of Transylvania, at the bottom of the mountains, at the end of XIV century. The name of the highest peak (2238 m) is called Piscul Ciobanului or Piscul Baciului - Shepherd's Peak in English language and Hirtenspitze in German language. The locals called the mountain The Stone (Piatra). The main ridge is regarded as one of the most beautiful sites in the Carpathians. Best period: May - October! Spend one day on the ski slopes of Poiana Brasov or Sinaia (depending on snow conditions): 1. I'll pick you up from your location early in the morning and will drive you to the ski resort (25-minute drive). Fact: If you're in the resort we meet at a pre-discussed meeting point. 2. I'll help you rent the appropriate ski / snowboard equipment. Before the experience, we'll discuss your skiing level and I'll recommend you the appropriate slope for this experience. This helps us determine the nearest and best rated rental shop. 3. We'll hit the slopes close to opening time, making sure that we avoid crowds and have the best skiing conditions. I will provide a 2-hour long ski /snowboard lesson to introduce you to this sport, provide exercises for faster learning. Tips and exercises will be tailored to your current skiing level. P.S: For mixed groups I'll be joined by a colleague and we'll split skiers and snowboarders from the group as well as beginners from advanced. 4. After the lessons you can remain on the slopes and practice on your own, or extend your ski lessons in the afternoon (extra charge). 5. At around 5pm we'll drive together back to Brasov, or you'll return to your hotel (if you're accommodated in Poiana Brasov.) Fact: I can help you with ski pass purchase (to avoid queues) and can provide ski clothing in case you travel without them.

We will start in Brasov with a short drive to CHALET GURA RIULUI situated at the base of MOUNT PIATRA CRAIULUI where we will fill up our water bottle with fresh mineral mountain water from BOTOROG FOUNTAIN , a natural water spring . We will start riding along beautiful canyon dug into the mountain from ancient times and we will admire the flora of this amazing stones . After passing the canyon the virgin forest of the Natural Rezerve PIATRA CRAIULUI it will be displayed in font of our eyes . Next the forest paths will show us the way to CURMATURA CHALET where we will get after passing few little mountains rivers . We will reach the chalet at altitude 1470 m where magnificent mountain view will appear behind the spruce forest . After a cold drinks brake and a session of picture taking a descent full of adrenaline will get us from sky to earth . Other things to note For this bike ride you need to have a moderate fitness level on mountain biking . The ebike will assist every person on climbing the mountain roads but you need to know that is a demanding ascent .

Ne vom aventura într-o drumeție spectaculoasă în Parcul Național Piatra Craiului, cu pornire din centrul localității Bran. Vom începe ascensiunea de pe platoul Inima Reginei Maria și vom continua urcarea prin padurea situată deasupra Castelului Bran, până în vârful Măguricea. Aici vom putea admira de sus toate satele ce aparțin comunei Bran și le vom descoperi istoria, cultura și tradițiile. Satele din zona Bran sunt locuite de milenii, fiind unele dintre cele mai vechi așezări de pe teritoriul țării noastre. Tot aici vom admira peisajul absolut superb al versantului vestic al munților Bucegi. Vom continua apoi traseul până pe vârful Măgura unde vom întâlni cateva gospodării izolate și vom face cunoștință cu oamenii locului. Vom trece apoi prin șaua Măgurei și vom ajunge pe vârful Galbinare, de unde ni se va deschide în fața ochilor întreaga creastă a Pietrei Craiului. Aici se vor așterne în fața noastră cele mai frumoase peisaje din Romania. Cu noi veți evada din marile orașe în natură pentru a găsi pacea mult căutată, conexiunea cu natura, dar și distanțarea socială. Activitatea noastră presupune descoperirea unor locuri deosebite în mijlocul naturii sălbatice. Excursia reduce stresul, ajută la relaxare și generează emoții pozitive. Mirosurile copacilor, sunetele pâraielor și senzația de soare printre frunzele pădurii au un efect calmant ce te face să trăiești cu adevărat.
