This condo is one of the original buildings in Unit 1 (also called Spanish village) of Fort Clark springs.
Very clean and comfortable. Enclosed courtyard. Easy walk to trails. 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to The 3rd largest spring fed pool in Texas. 68 degrees!! Will keep your cool in the summer!
Great area for birdwatching.
Day trips to Langtry, Seminole canyon, Frio river, Del Rio/cuidad acuna, Uvalde/Eagle pass/piedras negras.

Open, private and spacious
There are 2 living spaces and 2 bedrooms with on suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has separate outside entrance. Nice covered patio with a grill. Very spacious dining room with huge table open to TV room for large gatherings. Kitchen opens up to the living room and living room can open up to the dining/TV room. Every room has ceiling fan and mosts all rooms have TV. Covered parking for one vehicle.
