The room is separated from the rest of the house for your own privacy. There is no access to the kitchen. The room has a king size bed. Wifi is available. A stunning new feature in the room is a free-standing bath. The room has a small sun room area with chairs and a TV. A decking area with seating is available for guest use outside of the room.

This beautiful and quaint cottage used to be the coach house for the mansion just down the road. It was build in 1616. The beams in the bedroom are all numbered and originate from a ship. These beams are from the 1200 century. This property is pet friendly. The cottage has full gas and electric but also a wood burning stove. The cottage is set in the quiet picturesque village of Churchtown which is ideally situated only 5 minutes from Garstang which is a beautiful market town.

Self-contained annexe to our house in Catterall, near Garstang, Lancaster & the beautiful Forest of Bowland AONB. Plenty of parking, also on bus route. Local restaurant, golf, canal walks & fell walking accessed straight from the house; Lake District or beach at Lytham StAnnes or Blackpool are 40mins away. Easy access to Preston, Lancaster & Blackpool by car or bus. Manchester is around a 45min drive. We are often available to advise, & information on local amenities & activities is provided.
