Welcome to your comfort inn in the country! This guest house is conveniently located about 15min. from the i5 freeway and 25min. from Chico. In the heart of rice country, expect great views of the mountains to the west and the abundant agriculture and walnut orchards around it! This is a guest house portion of a cabinet shop, although it is scantily used and we can assure you it will be quiet for the duration of your stay and is separated and private.

Private & very spacious, with it's own fenced yard and fruit trees. You'll feel tucked away, but it's a quick 5 min drive to downtown. There is a full kitchen, with all the basics including coffee and tea and cocoa, a living room to relax in, and a full sized bedroom with a queen bed. A/C, heat, bathroom with shower. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for several days or more. It's a duplex connected to the main house, & the entrance is on a different street, so it feels totally separate.
