We will walk, for about 2 hours, in the beautiful city of Matera and specifically in the districts of the Sassi. In this pleasant walk you will have the opportunity to observe the city through the eyes of a historian, who will show you not only the artistic beauties, but also the social, cultural and political value of a truly magical place. This will allow the guest of the experience to truly understand the history of the city, its internal dynamics and the global influences that have influenced the beautiful city of Matera over the centuries. We offer an enveloping story capable of thrilling young and old in the world of history and also giving you pleasant culinary advice on the goodness of the territory. In addition to the two visits (morning and afternoon) we offer the possibility to book the night tour. In this case you will have the opportunity not only to learn about the history of the territory, but also some of its mysteries and its ancient legends. The visit, that will last about 3 hours, will start from Piazza Ferrarese where we will start telling you some secrets of beautiful Bari. There we will look for Vito, a local musician, to experience "Tarantella" a typical Apulian dance and have some fun singing and playing with his instruments. Later on, we will stop at one of the oldest "Panificio" of the city to taste our typical focaccia. This will give us some good energy to continue discovering the city. Next stop will be the cosy Basilica of Saint Nicholas with the secrets of its walls, the beautiful Cathedral of Saint Sabinus and the exterior of the millenary Swabian Castel. From there, we will have a food stop in a typical "Salumeria" to taste different types of salumi and cheese while enjoying a glass of delicious Primitivo wine. We will continue visiting the famous Pasta Street where ladies still make pasta outside. And yet another stop to taste typical fried food freshly cooked by Signora Maria. L'esperienza inizia già quando sali in barca, sarai cullato dal mare. Non è il solito tour ma un tripudio di emozioni. Dal mare scoprirai un’altra fantastica prospettiva della città di Bari . Lentamente costeggeremo il lungomare con i suoi imponenti edifici storici, ci fermeremo nell’ansa della città vecchia e se il tempo lo consentirà, potrai nuotare, oppure , fotografare la Basilica di San Nicola , la vecchia marineria, la cattedrale di San Sabino i Circoli Nautici, il Faro . Prenderemo il largo e se saremo fortunati incontreremo le diverse specie di delfini che giocheranno con la prua della nostra barca. Avrai l'opportunità di imparare i rudimenti della navigazione a vela, potrai prendere il timone e guidare la barca partecipando attivamente alle manovre di bordo o semplicemente sederti e goderti il panorama ed ascoltare musica . Durante la veleggiata vedrai le piccole e grandi barche dei pescatori intente nel loro lavoro ed i gabbiani che le fanno da cornice. Se le condizioni meteo lo consentiranno potrai nuotare al largo nelle acque blu del mare Adriatico Altre cose da tenere a mente : La barca è ormeggiata in una darsena privata nel porto di Bari, e ci sarà un parcheggio sicuro per la vostra auto

Io abito in questo piccolo b&b, nella natura. Ti affascineranno gli aneddoti su come mia nonna preparava la pasta e su quello che la cucina rappresentava nel passato e in parte ancora rappresenta. Una immersione nella vita vera pugliese e nella sociologia italiana! Lascerò che Elisa, o Tatiana le mie amiche e collaboratrici preziose poichè super esperte nella pasta pugliese, comunichi con i gesti e con l'esempio; non parlano che italiano ma riusciranno come sempre a comunicare con il cuore e con l'esperienza. E, una volta a casa produrrai da solo il tuo cibo buono, e ti sarà prezioso il ricordo di quello che lei ti ha mostrato. Io invece comunicherò, se necessario anche contemporaneamente, in inglese, italiano e francese e probabilmente riderai dei miei voli da una lingua all'altra e del mio ruolo di "schiavo in cucina" :-) Il pranzo che segue poi è collaborativo, tutti aiutano e, stoviglie e tegami nelle mani, invadono anche la mia casa, con mio enorme piacere perché questo mi permette di raccontare ancora tanto della Puglia mediante i tanti oggetti tipici che raccolgo in casa. Il vino, i cibi che servo insieme alla pasta che prepariamo insieme e che sono tutti locali e in gran parte frutto del mio orto biologico, fanno il resto. La proposta del menù prevederà degli antipasti, un primo piatto, il secondo e il dolce . Spetterà te scegliere. Potrai imparare a fare le orecchiette ( minimo 4 persone ) . Città a Bari o in campagna a laureto (Fasano) tra trulli e cenando in un’atmosfera amichevole con chi svolge questo lavoro con professionalità e passione da diversi anni e a cui piace insegnare cucina e trasmettere la propria passione nel trasmettere amore anche attraverso la cucina.

La nostra esperienza dura circa 3 ore, ci incontreremo al mattino alle 10 e partiremo alla scoperta delle coste baresi. .Ci incontreremo al porto turistico nel centro storico dove è ormeggiata la barca, di lì salperemo per la nostra esperienza. Ci dirigeremo verso nord a vele spiegate vento permettendo e costeggeremo la città, ammireremo la basilica di San Nicola,la Cattedrale e la suggestiva muraglia che circonda la città vecchia. Faremo una sosta nel vecchio porto di Bari, approdo dei pescatori, dove assaporeremo un aperitivo tipico barese e dopo aver passato qualche ora di puro relax, adrenalina e divertimento si rientra in porto. Con le nostre mountain-bike a pedalata assistita potrai finalmente percorrere sentieri nella natura incontaminata di Acerenza. Ti indicheremo i maggiori luoghi di interesse del nostro Borgo, tra cui il lago di Acerenza, incastonato nell'Appennino Lucano, il lago è stato creato dalla costruzione di una diga nel 1984 oppure visitare la maestosa Cattedrale la cui edificazione risale al XI secolo. Pertanto l'unica cosa che dovrai fare è mantenere l' equilibrio e accompagnare la pedalata, la nostra E-BIKE farà il resto. Inoltre potrete visitare il nostro allevamento di alpaca e svolgere le divertenti attività didattiche che vi proponiamo a stretto contatto con i nostri dolcissimi amici alpaca!!
