There are 2 times of a day you can join :
Lunch time: 11AM - 2PM (Pick - up time 9h30AM - 10AM)

Time will be adjusted by yourself if you want to have a private tour.
The guide will pick you up at your hotel located in The Old Quarter. If not, the time and meeting point will be provided to you.
We will have 3 hours walking around every single corners of Hanoi Old Quarter where we can seat on a small plastic chairs and using chopsticks like a local people. You’ll explore the culture, history of Hanoi, step into a world full of street food vendors. Unlike big cities all around the world, street food in Hanoi are not just hot dog carts and pretzel stands, we offer an opportunity to try out around 8 different dishes at local food stand, family restaurants…
A rotating menu from day-to-day to represent the variety of delicious options. Based on the hotel i pick up you and your request, i will take you to different places and enjoy food. So please give me more details if you are vegetarian or food you prefer to have.

Firstly, please kindly note: Vietnamese cuisine frequently uses meat as one of the main ingredients. Therefore, vegan food is NOT available and vegetarian food is only available as long as you can eat fish sauce but it is still a bit limited choices for vegetarians.

We will spend 3 hours walking around every single corners of Hanoi Old Quarter where we can seat on a small plastic stool on the pavement and taste all the best street foods.
Let's bring good camera because mostly foods will be cooked in the front of you by skilled chefs while we introduce to you about the name, recipe, how to eat like locals style, where the best place to eat.
Beside that, it will be a chance for us to introduce the Vietnamese cultures and share the tips of travelling in Vietnam. We have heard a lot of stories and experiences from our guests so we know which information you need to know: What to do, what to eat, where to go.

Only in the course of 3 hours tour, you'll be led into a world of Vietnamese food culture like you've never seen from any type of social media, or websites available.
If you think of Vietnamese food as only Pho noodle, Banh Mi sandwich food stands then you should come with us, from a nameless restaurant to some small family business in an alley that does not even exist on a guide book maps. Only then, you can fully understand what "dining out like a local" means. And did I mention a drink will be included in the journey?
If you're allergic to any kind of food, ingredients or you're on a diet; don't hesitate to tell us, we have dozens of options for everybody: from traditional food, vegetarian or vegan cuisines too.

- Though I will be the main host almost all the tours, sometime my young, funny informative and enthusiastic friends can be your guide or may assist me in hosting.

During the photoshoot
We meet up at a default place (it can be adjusted). We move between places by taxi or my scooter. We cover 3 places on average in a single photoshoot.
After the photoshoot,
I will share all original photos with you. You can also select the photos you like the most to be edited professionally.

Ninh Binh full day - Trang An boat trip - Dragon Mountain
ITINERARY DETAILED:
7h30 - 8h00: Our tourist bus will pick you up at your hotel lobby in Ha Noi Old Quarter for departure to Ninh Binh.
10h30 - 10h40: Arrive Hoa Lu ancient capital of Viet Nam. You will visit Dinh King temple and Le King temple in the 10th centery, finding out the heroic histories of this two king in Chinese Wars.
11h45: Have a buffet lunch in the restaurant with a lot of local foods such as goat meat, fish, chicken, fried rice…. Vegetarian foods are always available in the buffet lunch
13h00: Visit Trang An which was recognized by UNESCO as A World Heritage Site in 2014. Trang An has a wonderful tunnel cave system so Kong’s Movie Group chose this place for the New Version of Kong in 2016 – “Skull Island”. With 2 hours for the boat trip, you will be persuaded by the beauty here.
15h00: Continue the tour for 45 mins - cycling around the village to discover the life of the local people.
15h45: Get back to Limousine Bus then leave for Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Walk up almost 500 steps, you can reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain & have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here
16h55 - 17h00: Get on the tourist bus to return Ha Noi.
19h00 - 19h30: Arrive Ha Noi, drop off at your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter. Tour finish!
Coffee, History, and Architecture of the French Quarter
Join our Hanoi French Quarter Walking Experience to discover one of the most beautiful parts of the city. The historical area is the southern part of Hanoi and is full of culture and history that sets it apart from the rest of the city. The aim of the walk is to make you discover specific areas of Hanoi and provide in-depth information (history buffs welcome) in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. Rather than a lecture, it will be more like a conversation!
We will start with an explanation of Vietnamese general history in a French villa coffee shop, accompanied by a cup of authentic Vietnamese coffee. We will then give a brief overview of French influences in Hanoi, as well as the Vietnam War, featuring St. Joseph's Cathedral, Trang Tien Ice Cream, Hanoi Opera House, Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi Post Office, Trang Tien Street, Hanoi Metropole Hotel, the very first university in French Indochina, and many more!
You will learn about how Vietnamese society changed under French rule, exploring the good and the bad of this period. Feel free to ask your guide plenty of questions!

8:00 - 8:30 am. Get picked up by our friendly guide in the Old Quarter Hanoi
08.45: Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake
It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century.
09.30: Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy – It is the most unique padoga in the world.
- Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15thJune -15thAugust)
11.15: Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam
Special Note : we will visit Women Museum instead of Ethnology Museum closed on Mondays.

14.00-14.15 : Continue to visit Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11 century.
15.15: Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the "Hanoi Hilton

Hanoi during the Vietnam War: the dark side of its most famous monuments.
Discover life under the planned economy, the fate(s) of the local people from both sides (the North and the South); and the story of the unification of Vietnam, a country once divided between the communist and anti-communist, on the brink of the COLD WAR.
Our "stroll" will last about 2.5 hours, with a short taxi ride half way through. The aim of my walk is to make you discover specific areas of Hanoi (far away from the tourist's eyes) in the light of aspects of our city's rich history that are rarely touched upon by guidebooks, with in-depth information (history buffs welcome) but in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. A conversation, rather than a lecture!

Our journey follows Hanoi – Haiphong- Tuan Chau Highway (about a 2.5-hour drive)
12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, get on the boat to start the excursion discovering the beauty of the world heritage site
12:30: Enjoy set menu lunch on the boat with many special dishes of Halong. While having lunch, you all can see the beautiful scenery on both sides with thousands of limestone such as Fighting Chicken and Incense Buner Islets – 2 symbols of Halong Bay
14.00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island, and you will visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave with a lot of stalagmites and stalactites
14.45: Do kayaking or bamboo boat through Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon.
15.15: Visit TiTop Island with its sandy beach. You can go swimming here or trek up to the top of the island for sightseeing all of Halong bay
16.00: Back to the boat for the sunset party (some wine, fruits, and biscuits) meanwhile the boat is cruising back to the harbor

The aim of my walk is to make you discover specific areas of Hanoi (far away from the tourist's eyes) in the light of aspects of our city's rich history that are rarely touched upon by guidebooks, with in-depth information (history buffs welcome) but in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. A conversation, rather than a lecture!

8:30 -9:00. Get picked up at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quater/ Opera House to depart Halong Bay.
Our journey follows Hanoi – Haiphong- Tuan Chau Highway (about a 2.5-hour drive)
12:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, get on the boat to start the excursion discovering the beauty of the world heritage site
12:30: Enjoy set menu lunch on the boat with many special dishes of Halong. While having lunch, you all can see the beautiful scenery on both sides with thousands of limestone such as Fighting Chicken and Incense Buner Islets – 2 symbols of Halong Bay
14.00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island, and you will visit Sung Sot Cave – the most beautiful cave with a lot of stalagmites and stalactites
14.45: Do kayaking or bamboo boat through Luon Cave to discover the beautiful lagoon.
15.15: Visit TiTop Island with its sandy beach. You can go swimming here or trek up to the top of the island for sightseeing all of Halong bay
16.00: Back to the boat for the sunset party (some wine, fruits, and biscuits) meanwhile the boat is cruising back to the harbor
17.45: Arrive back at the harbor. Get on the bus and return to Hanoi
20:30: Get dropped off at the hotel. Tour ends
Hanoi Cooking Class/Local wine tasting/Cultural Sharing
To begin, you will be picked up from Hanoi Opera House or hotels in the Old Quarter and then start our interesting local market visit with a unique experience with local buyers and their fresh ingredients.
We will welcome you to our kitchen and the cooking time may take around 4.5 hours and after that you will enjoy Vietnamese dishes by yourself. Vietnamese cooking is simple with fresh ingredients. As a Cultural Hub, we will do cooking and have meals together like an authentic Vietnamese family does. Don't worry if you are at beginner level, it is not a professional cooking school but our kitchen will be where your passion for cooking is nurtured!
We offer free and unlimited drinks local wine tasting, herbal welcome drink, mineral water and free 1 beer/1 soft drink.

Our maximum number of participants for group cooking experience is 10. If you prefer a private class for more than 10 people, please contact us for advice on the pricing and itinerary. Our class is organized in the 500m2 local villa with a beautiful garden, which can accommodate up to 45 participants.
Vietnam Specialty Coffee Hand-brewing and Tasting Experience
During this Vietnam Specialty Coffee workshop, guests will have the chance to personally experience the art of Vietnamese coffee brewing techniques with unique varieties of local beans that are all hand roasted in-house by Linh herself, the founder of RAAW Coffee
Over 2 hours, guests will be introduced to the following aspects on Vietnamese coffee for greater appreciation:
- The rich history of Vietnamese coffee
- The farming and processing methods of coffee
- Hands-on brewing with 4 types of equipment: Phin (classic Vietnamese style), V60 origami, aeropress, and syphon.
- Tasting notes, coffee appreciation.
The Hidden Hanoi Old Quarter Experience
As the oldest continuously developed area, Hanoi’s Old Quarter has more than 1000 years of history and seems to resist the flow of time while still actively trying to adapt to the crowded atmosphere of the city. Wandering around this unique ancient area, you will get lost in a totally different world from the rest of the capital and discover things you haven’t seen in your life: the smallest alley (also where the locals live) or some hidden spots which are far from tourist's eyes, the top of the Old Quarter, the fine art cafe with a lots of history and stories behind and so many more!

ITINERARY DETAILED: 2 Way Highway.
7:30 - 8:00: Our tourist bus will pick you up at your hotel lobby in Ha Noi Old Quarter ( If you are not stay in the Old Quarter, we will pick you up at Hanoi Opera House around 8.00am ) for starting our incredible Hoa Lu Tam Coc Mua cave 1 Day Tour. It's take more or less 2,5 hours from Hanoi to Hoa Lu in Ninh Binh. You will have a short break about 20 minutes on the half way.
10h30 - 10h40: Arrive Hoa Lu ancient capital of Viet Nam. You will visit Dinh King temple and Le King temple in the 10th century, finding out the heroic histories of this two king in Chinese Wars.
11h50 - 12:00: Have a buffet lunch with Vietnamese cuisine.
13h00 - 13h05: Get on the tourist bus continue going to visit Tam Coc wharf for taking the sampan go along the Ngo Dong river to visit Tam Coc (three different caves).
15h00 - 15h05: Biking tour around Tam Coc Area and enjoy Vietnamese tea break. 15h30 - 15h35: Keep going to visit Mua cave. The place attracts visitors with its many interesting stories. Climb 500 stone steps, here you can see all the way to Tam Coc, enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the countryside and Ngo Dong river. 16h45 - 17h00: Get on tourist bus to return Ha Noi.
19h00 - 19h30: Arrive Ha Noi, drop off at your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter. Tour finish!
