This is a single private room to the rear of our property, it is very quiet, with Freesat TV, and with a lock on the door.
The room consists of a double bed, double wardrobe with drawers, a tall chest of drawers, a bedside cabinet with handy touch lamp, a comfortable tub chair and a desk/dressing table with swivel chair.
Tea and coffee are provided in the room.
Breakfast of Toast and Cereals are available. Please order at check-in.

My home is a family home with shared facilities just with me with your own living room to relax in. A 1 minute walk to Scunthorpe Hospital. There are local shops nearby, takeaway and fish and chip shop. Within 10 minute walk shops include:- Sainsbury Supermarket, Lidl, hairdressers, Indian restaurant, various takeaways. The popular baths Hall is only 10 minutes walk away.
Lincoln, Doncaster, Cleethorpes, Grimsby and Hull are all within 40 minutes.

My garden room is a self contained twin room with desk/table and small sitting area. Ensuite shower, sink and toilet. Twin beds can be put together to make superking bed.
Included: Wi Fi, tea, coffee, milk. Parking for one vehicle.
Room is a converted small barn with its own entrance and keys. The drive is a gravel drive - not best for high heels! - leads onto a patio area then the entrance.
